I purchased 2 packs of Icebreakers Ice Cubes Gum three days ago. After trying one, I found that I didn't like the fruit punch flavor and attempted to exchange my remaining pack for a different flavor. I had the original receipt and everything. However, when I tried to exchange it at the store, the employee behind the counter informed me that he couldn't process the exchange due to surveillance from CCTV and potential repercussions for exchanging a product worth over $5. This situation goes against the exchange and refund policy outlined by both California law and 7-11's policies, which state that returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and must be in original condition without being washed or worn. My gum pack is brand new and still in its original packaging. I am planning to report this issue to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the California Department of Consumer Affairs as this treatment is unacceptable.

For starters, I have been going here for close to five years, I live right down the street. There's a few employees have that workrd there the whole time I've lived in the area and we've always been cordial with smiles and hellos. unfortunately early this morning One of those employees (Sweetie) tried her hand at stealing from me. And I saysee you stealing because that's exactly what it was. I got a few microwave dinners, a pizza, a couple drinks and some candy along with a 1/5 of Remi Martin. It all came up to $140 and some change. I thought that was absurd so I told her to take the Remy bottle off which is around $47 and the total still was around $89. I thought "how in the world do these few items add up to that much money,?". After she said she took it off I could still see it on the screen, I asked her why is it on there and she said that it was just showing me that it was a removed item, but no that's not what it was, she knowingly double charged me for the Remy and still tried to charge me for it after I asked her to take it off. She had the nerve to still try to convince me that the Remy bottle is not being charged on there. I know she isn't this damn stupid. What's annoying is that she thinks that I am! This happened in the past, but I never gave it a second thought because I I never noticed until I got back to the house and by then it was too late, and I ultimately came to conclusion that I was i was the one that was tripping. I left without paying and went to the 7-Eleven down the street on Bradshaw. got the same exact items without the alcohol and it came up to about $45. I can't believe this woman!

If there is 0 stars option I would put it for this gas station. Dirty, no restroom available. Person at the coach seal is rude and unpleasant.

They have a sign by the ice cream that says buy two get one free and he insists that it's the 7 eleven brand and not Hagen Dax

Another city, another 7-Eleven. Once again, I am grateful to 7-Eleven as a chain store. I was down in the dumps, so I decided to eat and drink my feelings. I've been to this 7-Eleven enough to recognize a few full-timers who don't speak English well, but they do their best to be helpful or cheery. I appreciate them every time; you don't have to be a conversationist to uphold basic customer service. After I finished my purchase, I stepped out with two bags of their Doritos dupes in cool ranch and spicy nacho, along with a large caramel macchiato hot coffee. 7-11 was running a promotion in which all large coffees are 75c (more on that). 7-11's tortilla chips at first felt like they had too much air in the bag for being roughly $2 each ($1.69 not incl. tax), but the chips themselves have more heft and a thicker crunch than Doritos. There's also a surprising amount packed in -- I counted 42 pieces broken or otherwise for the cool ranch bag, 38 for the spicy nacho -- and they'll fill you up. Yes, there's portion sizes, no you're not going to care about salt or cholesterol if you're trying to feel better. You'll eat the whole darn thing if your stomach allows. I must say the cool ranch does it for me more than spicy nacho--the latter tasted underwhelming comparatively. The reason why I docked a star is because the pricing for large coffees have been inconsistent. I've had two employees charge 75c plus tax and one charge 75c exactly. It's under $1 either way, but not the best look business-wise. Then again, it may well be 7-11 being confusing about what to charge; since cold brew got yanked off shelves, the good folks at Folsom haven't been able to restock since despite repeated requests (according to one of the full-timers). The only option for cold coffee is iced mocha until further notice. A cup of Joe from 7-11 is bang for your buck, especially during promotions. Caramel macchiato specifically has a slightly roasted flavor and a hint of caramel that's welcoming to the tongue. Although 7-11 doesn't offer as many options for coffee such as lattes or other caffeinated beverages, what they have now is dependably good. In essence, if it's not broken, don't fix it, and I'll continue getting their coffee other chains.

Went here for a bag of ice only (gas is overpriced). Lady charges me $7.30, I give her $8, she gives me 32 cents change. I tell her she miscounted the change to which she replies that's all the change in the register and I should have used a card. Well I would have if she told me in advance but she didn't and acted like I was being ridiculous asking for correct change.
