He didn’t take the $100 bill and said he didn’t have change. Although at the same time he himself counted the change at the cash register and there were 5 20 dollars and several five dollars.

Don’t use cash here. Either they can’t count or they are stealing from the public. Went in the pre pay for gas and a car wash. I gave the clerk 30$. He gave me the receipt with the code for the car wash. The car wash was nine dollars. He gave me $11 in gas. I was supposed to get $21 in gas. He then said that he was going to go and check the camera to see if it was $20 or $30. How could he tell this with a camera? He says it was $20. I know it was $30 I took 60$ out at the atm went directly to the gas station and gave him three $10 bills I did not stop anywhere. I did not get out of my car. I wanted to wait until they counted the register like they offered to do at first but then when I said yes, do it. They said they were gonna go look at the camera so the same person that is challenging me on how much money I gave him is the same person is going to go look at the camera. How do you think that turned out? They kept my money thieves that’s what I call him thieves. People are out here, working hard for their money and people are working just as hard to steal your money. Don’t go there and buy their gas cause they’re still any chance they get.

I went here on Friday night.. there was a guy outside bothering me an my friends asking for money an wouldn't stop. The Employee there Elliott went out of his was for us. He came outside told the guy he must leave.. Ask us if we were okay.. wow what amazing costumer service he has.. what a great employee yall have what a big difference.. I gave him my business card told him to come work for me.. He replied to me this is my first night I'm here for my costumers.. I wanna make them feel safe ...

Lady named Ann who works there was very rude and unprofessional. Had a very bad experience there. Poor management, some people need more training working in a stressful environment. The gas pumps wouldn't work after 11pm and they won't refund your money.

The cashier saw me struggling with my toddler who had just vomited all over himself and the car. She brought me towels and baby wipes and was an absolute hero. Thank you!

Closed at 5 pm. Thought they were busy away but awaited around for 10 mins while pumping gas even though I needed to pay cash and needed some items within. Last time I come here

I came into this location and I filled up my car with gas. The prices are not reasonable to begin with, but unfortunately they are what I would expect to pay from a major gas station name like Shell. What was more unfortunate is when I was done filling up with expensive gas, I went inside and asked to use a restroom before I wanted to complete a purchase of other items in their mini store. I was told they do not have restrooms. I told him how unfortunate that must be to make him hold it for eight hours. I understand there are challenges with homeless people today, I understand there are challenges with people abusing property. However, service stations in other places of business need to make accommodations for their customers. I would not recommend coming back to this location ever again. If they can’t see their way to offer basic anticipated reasonable facilities for their customers, they don’t need my business!

Hey everybody. I give this place a one star. Boycott the Shell station. They are too high they overcharge for gas it's almost 550 a gallon here. Don't waste your money go somewhere else. The woman in there won't let you use the restroom. I've used it before because some of the other people are nice enough to let me use it because I'm a I'm a paying customer. But this lady lied and said they didn't have a bathroom. When I know very good and well they do because I've used it. Boycott this Shell station on White and Auburn Avenue. They are inhumane people specially when a normal customer needs to use the bathroom and withholding them from using it. Nobody should have that type of power to keep somebody from using the bathroom when they have to go. Save your money and passes place up. Don't patronize this Shell station they are horrible

Terrible experience. I never come to shell because it's too expensive but my tire was going flat and I had to stop so it was either here or ARCO across the street and I knew I should've just gone to ARCO but came here instead because it looked busy and just felt a little safer (I was alone and it was like 1am). I parked at the air pump and got out to go ask the girl to turn the air on for me, but as I walked up to the door I noticed that it was locked and the only person working there was standing by the front of the store smoking and talking to someone. I asked her if she could simply turn the air on for me and she told me with an attitude that she's taking a break and that she won't go inside just to turn the air on for me. I asked when she'd be able to turn it on and she basically just kept insisting that she was on break and won't turn the air on until she's off of her break. I wasn't going to wait around for her and her punk attitude so I left and fixed my car issues elsewhere. Never coming back to this gas station.

Wish I can give zero!!! Somehow at 2:00 pm the store was closed! Common now!! Make it make sense!!!
