Cashier was super kind, unfortunately I do not have his name but whoever was in shift on 09/09/23 at 9:00pm, you deserve a raise.

All employees here have been very cool, polite always to me! I don’t have a car, but live so nearby and can vouch that they’re all very professional and since I don’t have to buy gas, that’s great for me, but I come down all the time so this place isn’t what these reviews are saying!

Greg, the manager, is an awful human being. So rude. They put pictures all over the doors and windows of people who have shoplifted there. It looks sloppy and I dont understand how thats other customers business. The prices are way too high and the place is a mess

Only drove here due to daylight hours and empty gas tank. Don't stop here if you can avoid it.

Raised their prices a lot faster than the other gas stations 4.60 to 5.20 in like 3 weeks. And no cash back. Was my favorite spot but now Valero or Costco for me

The best part of this gas station is that you can actually pay for your gas at the pump, get in your car and leave. They don't have the scam going where they say at the pump no matter what you do, "please see cashier". I don't want to go into a filthy minimart, in close quarters, with people that don't wear masks because they're stupid. It seems like every other station on Franklin Boulevard has a sign that says please pay for your gas inside before you can pump.

They are fast and sometimes efficient. It’s right off the freeway and I have to stop here when I’m in a rush. The older Asian lady can be some what kind, but the younger ones at times act snooty and rude. I once bought eye drops from here that were open and when I tried telling the ladies they just brushed me off and rushed me out. They’re always in a rush I guess that’s what makes them fast? But not always efficient.. They almost NEVER ask if I want to use my fuel rewards and some times I will tell them beforehand and they’ll STILL skip my fuel rewards option, just to hurry up and finish the transaction. Also I hope they take those photos down of all those people who “aren’t allowed back in the store” .. it’s just not something the public cares to see. Like put it up in the back room for *employees only* to see, it doesn’t look professional blasting that the FRONT window .. kinda ghetto honestly..

They close from 1-4am every night now, since covid-19 lock down began. The employees wear masks and customers are required to wear masks. And they follow the required sanitization protocol so I feel safe shopping there.

I was broke and I had conveniently counted and organized $20 in change into separate small plastic bags, and the lady at the counter said their boss decided they wouldn't accept change anymore. That didn't even sound legal to me, let alone right. That's just laziness. Money is money, and it's even more insane when you consider they have a 24 hour business format. Why would one adopt 24 hour? MONEY. More of it. But for some reason my $20 in change wasn't good enough here. Ok. Sure. This location on franklin and sutterville is overpriced anyway.

The manager denied me service and said my id was fake because I did not have dreadlocks in my photo. He would not scan my ID and flat refused to sell me anything. No one else on this street sells cigarettes, within walking distance, I also find it unacceptable that this man is profiling people in this manner.

This shell station is a bit more expensive than some other locations but the pumps work and the front desk clerk was nice, so there's really not much to complain about. A standard gas station that's close enough to 99 on ramp.

Friendly stuff, cheap prices and 24/7 service. Cannot expect more than that.

They are nice. Everything is in good standing. I went there often when I was living in the area.

The morning staff & the owner sucks. I used to go there frequently (NOT for expensive gas), till one day I asked for some Air for my tire & the lady says I can't have it come out my check... I showed her a $100 & told her I just didn't want to break it for Air... Terrible service all for Air, & they add money to their gas prices too. One of the most expensive Shells in the city.
