Do not come to this gas station! It's ridiculous they only have 1 cashier working there. Stopped by to get gas and pay with cash so I walked to the front door and clearly it was open but the doors were locked. No one inside. I walk to my car annoyed that now I had to stop by elsewhere for gas because I didn't have my debit card to pay at the pump. I'm about to leave when I see an employee is walking to the front door with multiple drinks to stock up (he had to get from another room outside the store). He apologizes and was very nice but it's not his fault. Who runs a business with 1 worker and no other employees to cover the store when needed? What happens when the employee needs to take their legally entitled lunch time????? SMH Who is the owner of this establishment? I'm sure they can afford to hire more employees! This location is potentially losing thousands of money a year with this dumb way of running a gas station. PSA to the owner: Hire more people and if you can't afford to hire more employees then you should get off your lazy a** and pick up a shift, respectfully.

I had a very bad experience there at this location and shells is my number one store I went in with gold dollars I was on e and the gentlemen told me they cannot take any change because the manager said so that was a very bad experience I've never experienced that from any gas station I didn't need any change back I just needed gas to get home that was very terrible and every time I go to this specific location there's always a problem when I go there with change as if the cashier's don't no how to count or just don't want to count the change but I mean how hard could it be to count gold dollars

The worker been on lunch for more then 30 mins and she put a note up on the door just saying she’s on her 30 minutes she then proceeds to come out to go to a friends car that pulled up and now 40 minutes later she still on lunch and only helping through the window at 10:44 am in the morning

Went to buy a pack of cigarettes, only window business because it was early (4:45am). Girl at window wanted my driver's license (I'm over 60yrs old) so I held it up to the glass so she could verify my age. She insisted on SCANNING my ID. I explained that SCANNING my ID would record my NAME, ADDRESS, LICENSE NUMBER, DATE OF BIRTH, and SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER and she needs only to verify my age. She quipped "who works here, me or you?".She then put the cigarettes away and said "goodbye!". When I asked for the Managers name she kept repeating "goodbye".RUDE, INDIFFERENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! I will not spend money at a business that treats it's customers that way and I would suggest nobody else spends their money there! I'll be sure to spread the word.Was contacted by regional Mgr. whom apologized and offered a free coffee and car wash. 2 days later I went back to the store for cigarettes, same rude girl once again insisted on scanning my ID. When I said "what's your name" she repeated "what's your name" twice before telling me her name. THIS INDIVIDUAL HAS NO BUSINESS BEING IN ANY KIND IF CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE!!I've given up on that store, obviously the Manager is not interested in solving the problem and retraining their clerks.

Must be a shady owner because the same problems occur for YEARS at a time. I live a block away and I can't tell you how many times a week I go here to see they are "Closed" Now two days in a row the same night shift girl has the doors locked at two different times. I'm surprised the gas pumps work here at this point. Go anywhere else but here, don't shell out money to an establishment that can't keep employee's.

I was at the gas pump with my mom on my way to work and when my mom paid with our card, the card got stuck in the slot and we weren't able to take it out. When I walked inside to ask for help, the lady there was really rude and she said just keep shaking the card until it comes out. We tried everything and it didn't work. I asked if she could come out and help, she said no which is understandable because she's the only worker by herself in the store but why aren't there any other workers or assistants there with her? Makes no sense. There shouldn't be just one worker at a gas station working alone and in the store by theirselves. Like what if an emergency happens or something crazy outside happens that's serious? It makes no sense. We ended up having to pay inside with another card but it could if been avoided if she just paid inside. After we paid inside, I ended up calling my bank to block and cancel the card and to issue us a new one because a stranger at the pump we were previously at stole it and took it out. I asked my mom to tell the person by our previous pump that our card is stuck and she didn't want to do it. But it is what it is, at least the old card is canceled and closed. When you are paying for gas, ALWAYS go inside and pay, if you use a card, ALWAYS pay inside. Don't ever pay at the pump with your card because if your card gets stuck and you try to go inside to get help and if you're being refused, then you're screwed at this point. Always go inside to pay for your gas and just use exact cash just in case. But the worker that was a lady there was really rude about it when we asked but some people shouldn't be working in customer service jobs if there going to have an attitude and not do their jobs to help people when they need it. And there should not be only one worker at the checkout and in the store working by themselves, just ridiculous. Again, if you pay for gas, ALWAYS GO INSIDE and pay. Don't ever pay at the pump, Idc if its early in the morning, afternoon, or nighttime, you ALWAYS pay inside. This will save you a lot of trouble and frustration because ppl working in customer service don't give a care about your safety or you as the customer.

This Gas station looks like Garbage. I've been living in Natomas for 20 + years, and this is the worst I've ever seen. The curbs are not painted facing the street. Whoever took over this Gas station, doesn't care about the community. Just their pockets. Shame!!

Rat infested with homeless all around this place. I swiped my card at the gas pump and just couldn't continue because of the enormous amount of rats and rat babies scurrying around the trash and the car wash area. I took my business down the street to the Chevron. I'd rather pay extra for gas then be exposed to the ambience this station provides. For a multimillion dollar company they are doing a horrible job with the upkeep of this station.

If you want an experience with an ignorant gas station store attendant, this is the place to get it. This morning I got gas and "the works" carwash. The dryer/blower in the carwash did not work so my car was totally wet. This will cause dry streaks all over the exterior of my car. I went into the store and told the attendant "Alva" the problem with the carwash dryer being broke and I wanted a refund or a credit to my DEBIT card. Her response, "would you want to go back through carwash again"? What part of the carwash dryer is broken did she not get? She tried 3 times to credit my debit card but it kept declining. During this stressful time for her customers were lining up. She couldn't figure out how to credit my debit card. She raises your voice at me and says, " I am giving you a credit!" I said the card device is not giving me that option, it says debit!" What she failed to tell me is to PRESS NO when the device displays "DEBIT". I pressed NO the third time and the credit transaction was complete. Now why couldn't she have told me that from the git? No all devices are the same. Whomever does the hiring at this service station needs to ensure the applicant has experience with customer service but most importantly, speak clearly and articulate instructions. Smh....
