Good place for fresh and unique sea food. They were the only store I could find open Christmas Day which helped for last minute needed items.

Customer service is still horrible here, especially in the meat dept. Just remembered why I stopped coming here for so long.

Shun Fat has always been my go to market for asian ingredients. Love their meat and seafood section. I've noticed that they been bringing in more far eastern asian food and ingredients, along with what I always found alongside southeast asian ingredients. Great way to accommodate a growing community.

This store is racist, they literally would not help me at seafood counter I literally stood there as the fish person helped 4 people who came up after I was already there. I only had a question about there product. I was invisible I'm a black women over 60. Yet everyone else his could see not black. I tried to complain, "no manager he gone be back tomorrow at 10am" today at 10:08 " not here be here at 12, 1 2" I've been shopping here since they open NEVER AGAIN this place is racist. Can speak English find when it comes to money this California. There should always be someone who speaks English. The seafood person who help 4 people who came after everyone spoke to him in English they were Asian and he clean and fried fish for them without a problem. I called to a women I saw in the back, can you help she said NO. I'M DONE and reported to The Better Business (BBB)

I see low ratings but I loved this store compared to anything we can get in Hawaii as well as the prices! The produce section is huge! You can get big bunches of perilla leaves as well as all the other herbs we bought. Fish balls, shrimp and meat balls everything we wanted for pho and shabu nights! I want to say the live dungeness crab was $8.99/pound? We pay $16.99 in Hawaii.

First off, terrible customer service. Nobody will help you and none of their cashiers are friendly. I'd avoid their seafood and produce as well. Most of the time it isn't fresh. They do have a large selection of packaged goods but I always have to check the expiration date before buying any of it. I usually go here just for the large boxes of ramen noodles which I use to make stir fry or noodle soup.

I always order the 75 piece sui mai whenever I have any potlucks. Never had any issues with the food I order at the south land park one until I ordered from this one. When I got there to pick up my order it seemed they didn't have it ready and was putting in the ones they were packaging up to sell for the day. I didn't mind as it's still good. But when some people ate they noticed the insides of the suimai was red. It was not even pink. Some were red and raw and some were pink. I'd like compensation if the owner or cook can contact me. But if not it's fine. I won't be ordering from here anymore.

Great quality meat, bad customer service. Hate to play the card but if you don't look Asian the people working the meat department will ignore you, skip over you to help someone else, or give you way more meat than you asked for in an effort to get you to pay more. The cashiers are no better. You bag your own groceries after not being greeted and they will handle your groceries in a rough manner just to get you out of the line rather than help you bag. The wait in line to be treated like a second-class citizen makes it all that much worse. The produce department has a fresh and wide selection and I recently found the real sriracha sauce on the shelves again. And out the way out and coming in parking sucks. Better off going to T&Y Market on Norwood!

So many products to choose and good prices. I miss having so many options available to me, like when I lived in San Francisco. It's definitely worth the drive from Woodland.

I always watch as they scan my items and I know the prices of the items I have in my basket/cart. But I noticed the soy sauce rang up $5.99. I knew this was incorrect so before I informed the cashier, I verified with the price on the bottle itself as well as the ounces.

I've always found exactly what I need for most recipes. Canned goods to fresh fruit. And I always leave with something new.
