They have a maintenance man there his name is Joe he is very knowledgeable on all phases of maintenance he is also very nice and will go out of his way to make sure that customers are happy between the 3 of them they keep the place clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Taylor Street Self Storage when you need a storage unit whether it be for 1 month or many years Taylor Street Self Storage is the place to go.”

“Griselda is the best! I lost the keys to my storage unit and I was freaking out. I was going camping in a week and the person who could take the lock off wouldn't be here for 10 to 15 days. Griselda was able to get a hold of them and have them cut the lock off the same day. I love this place thank you Griselda!!”

The first night I checked in I paid online and then I had to call to do a over the phone/on-site camera verification and fhat was cool and the people on the other end were amazing !! Its 24 hr storage and with the way things are going after being kicked out, with 5 dogs and nowhere to go they have never said a word about us parking for multiple hours at a time !! I mean they have been totally great”

There are many extra space storages but this one was clean and the area was absolutely the best. I’m so glad I chose this one. I would 100% recommend the one on E Stockton Blvd.

“I was in a rush and chose a unit online, but I wanted one where I could drive up with my car. I arrived just before closing, and although the door was locked, a staff member inside was able to help me. She showed me another unit that was cheaper and smaller, but it worked for me because I could drive up to it. We then updated the paperwork, and everything was ready. Thank you for the great service—I really liked it. I hope our future cooperation will be just as positive.”

“This storage facility went out of their way to make getting a storage unit easy. They were willing to stay past regular hours to make sure that I could get my car in and parked with no problems . They were empathetic to the fact that moving is stressful and did a lot of the paperwork that needed to be done on the phone for me. Also they have very affordable monthly prices for storing a car. It's a gated secure storage facility.”

“For a phone-first company, I had a bear of a time getting anything done over the phone. I called two bad numbers before finally getting the real Pods service line for help during my move. Both times I tried to leave directions for my Pod dropoff/pickup drivers on the first leg of my move, I still ended up having to go out and direct them around the road work I tried to warn them about ahead of time, making me think calling Pods after the initial quote is a meaningless action that accomplished nothing. However, the Pod was ALWAYS dropped off and picked up on schedule, everything was in good condition when my full Pod arrived at my destination, and everyone I spoke to was really lovely and kind. This would have been a slam dunk 5 star DIY moving experience if phone communication hadn't broken down during an already stressful time--but again, everything else went off without a hitch. 3.5/5 from me.”
