The store is not open during posted hours or days. This happened to me two days in a row even after being told by the owner they would definitely be open on the second day. If you still plan to visit the store, call of an appointment or risk wasting your time. Very frustrating.

Unbelievable! If you want that THING, that thing that turns a room into a showstopper, that thing that's one-of-a-kind, that thing that makes everyone say, "Oh my God, is that...?!"

You don't know you need it until you go to Sekula's. A wonderful find for designers or anyone who enjoys antiques that have whimsy and exclusivity. Bring a credit card for sure but I've never regretted a single purchase.

Sacramento's gem. Hands down the best antique store in town. Ric and Michelle are the nicest people you'll meet. I've purchased several paintings here; they showcase excellent Northern California artists, including the plein air art of Kevin Courter. Always so fun to look around.

Sekula's has a wonderful eye for antiques you will have for a lifetime, real keepers. Michele's eye for art is outstanding, especially aware of the up and coming talent and the CA Impressionist art. Always a treat ~

Rick and Michele are awesome at what they do. We bought our favorite antique here as I assume many people have. We stop by here about once a month just to see what new treasures they have discovered! Rick changes up the store all the time and rotates the inventory to keep it fresh and interesting! If you're into quality pieces that are unique and special this is the place! Rick has a great eye for architectural lines and quality industrial items. They also have a fantastic eye for quality art!! If you ask me.. I would say it is by far the best art gallery in town! Keep in mind you get what you pay for as nothing is cheap in this store. If your looking for cheap misc kitchen items someone donated to Goodwill when grandpa died... This is not the place!! All their stuff is a top notch!

The collection of this little antique shop is impressive. The pieces here are of excellent quality, and looked like they were largely from the early 20th century. We came to Antique row looking for an armchair, and we found the perfect one here. Dian was very helpful in answering our questions. There are some unique vintage lighting pieces I'd love to take home also!

This place is complete surprise in an area dedicated to all things antique. I came across this place after eating breakfast at Evan's and scouring most of the shops along Antique Row, mainly out of curiosity. My boyfriend and I were pretty antiqued out but decided to hit up this place since it was one of the few shops we hadn't gone inside. I'm so glad we did. This place is fantastic. It's filled with rare, thoughtfully selected pieces in a warm, dimly lit, well-designed showroom that almost gives off a vibe as though I just walked into someone's home. Attached to each item is a tag with the individual history, which adds an almost emotional element to their goods. We met the owners, who cordially spoke with us about their love of antiques and repurposing vintage pieces. It almost made me want to buy my own home just so I could decorate it with pieces like the Moorish fireplace mantle (probably my favorite piece in the store). Ah, a girl can dream, right?

Recently while antiquing and gallery-hopping in Sacramento, we made the most wonderful discovery. It was a great shop called "Sekula's". They had fabulous, unique antiques and objects d' art. All of them were one-of-a-kind pieces, many with interesting histories. We found a beautifully carved Italian mantle that came out of an old mansion in Pasadena; it was just what we were looking for. Their art gallery featured award-winning Plein Air artists. They also had some charming little paintings by Kevin Courter in antique, tabletop frames that we couldn't resist. The owners were very nice and helpful. We will make Sekula's one of our must-do stops from now on.
