Literally everytime I go there at least one of my products I find is at least a month old, milk bought last week expired june 27th, why is it still on the shelf? Never enough cashiers on the register so lines are forever. I don’t have time to go back in forth with exchanges just do better

The people who work here look miserable and don't even greet you as you come in. Majority of them have terrible attitudes which makes me not even go here anymore. The environment feels toxic. I don't recommend this place.

I have been shopping at this store for 15 years , For a year now the bakery department has really gone down . THEY are very rude and I will be looking for another bakery , I have spent way to much money to be treated like they do !!!

I used to love going here, but in the last year, I have stopped because the value of the produce has gone down. I would buy watermelon and it would be bad almost every time. Grapes as well, and even the meat would go bad quickly. One time I bought fish and when I got home I noticed clear worms. I stopped going there almost a year ago, and today I decided to go back. I bought 3 packages of the select fresh raviolis in 3 different flavors (mushroom, squash, and cheese/spinach). All 3 had mold on them. It was late night, I had already made it home threw it in a pot and I was feeding 5 kids!! I live about 20 minutes away. Of course, they will give me a refund, but is it too much to ask for a little extra for the overwhelming inconvenience?!... The rep I spoke with did not seem very understanding. Almost annoyed that I even called. I'm sure he probably feels with a lot, so I stayed kind.

Always fresh. Always friendly. Usually instock on most items. I love their produce section, especially, and if you haven't heard of their pick $5 deal, it's a great deal for budgeting meats in a costly market we live in.

Rachel at the self service station is absolutely rude! Came in this evening and one of the items wouldn't scan. She snapped at me and my son and said "stop scanning I'll fix it". Her tone was terrible and snarky. She seems like she hates her job. After it was fixed, she stood there giving me a dirty look then took off. She came back about a minute later with a scowl on her face. Customer service is definitely not her specialty. I shop here often but will take my business elsewhere. I refuse to patronize a business that treats customers like sh!t. I'll make the trip to Raley's. Peace out SaveMart!

Rachel at the self check out is rude and u professional. The assistant manager, James, to his credit did not defend her. But he also didn't address her behavior. Interestingly, after I called his attention to her behavior, her attitude miraculously changed - all smiles and helpfulness to the customers. If nothing else, perhaps my refusal to accept abuse at the hands of the people who get paid - at least in part- with my money will benefit the next customer. Sure seemed to tonight.
