Shouldn't even give one star. It's a one worker shop with poor communication. Went for valve cover issue, he gave a reasonable price and said he could fix it within three hours. Just come in, no appointment needed. Pull up the next morning to see 10 to 15 cars and trucks pulled in the garages with hoods up, seems like they have been sitting for repair a long time. He then says to me "I only told you I would look at, not fix it." OK then....took my business to 7 DAY TIRE on Mack Rd. Honest, fast efficient & friendly all in one package!

Easy to find good professionals, in this case mechanics. But its hard to find good people. Mike and team is the definition of good people. Honest and they know what they're doing. I'm a returning customer.

I needed to have my 60,000 mile tuneup, an oil change (if not part of the tuneup), and have my tire pressure checked because of a possible leak. I called and was easily able to make an appointment to bring my vehicle in. Somehow they were able to fit me in the next day! I dropped my car off with Mike and was told it should be ready by the afternoon, he would give me a call. Before changing some transmission fluid and doing extra work Mike called to confirm my approval. I happily said to complete the work. He told me what time my car would likely be finished, at 4 pm. I waited a tad longer than 4 to go back and pick up my vehicle. When I arrived Mike waved me into the office so I could remit payment. I was handed a receipt with the prices clearly stated as well as the work that was performed that day.I found Mike to be reliable. It can be difficult to find a mechanic that doesn't try and upsell you on parts or services you don't necessarily need. I would gladly recommend giving AC Auto a call if you need an car services.

Where do i start!? Mike if you are reading this you are an Angel!! I'm so thankful that i found this place. I've had bad experiences from mechanics in the past being a woman & all i feel like men take advantage. Mike did not make me feel that way at all. I took my 09 Prius to him because all of a sudden ALL of my lights came on at once, the check engine light, the abs, vsc, & a triangle sign which i had never seen before. My car would not go into drive or reverse. So crazy because everything with my vehicle was just fine the day before. No warnings. Every place i called wanted to charge me $120 just to check it & some places i called said they aren't specialized to fix Prius's because it's a hybrid...I had already put a lot of $ into this car the past year & was nervous to take it anywhere because I'd have to tow it. This shop already had such great reviews i was willing to take a chance & have him check it out. Took about a day which was ok because i figured maybe with all those lights on would be hard to understand the main problem. Mike did not know the main problem at first & recommended i take it to the dealer. I was on my way there & he then told me he tried the battery. He removed it, re charged it & it was working good as normal!!!! Here i am praying to God to help me with my vehicle & he shows up for me!!! I believe God worked through Mike to give him that knowledge last minute & sure enough i am back on the road! Mike did not charge me a cent! I'm not working right now so let me tell you this was a blessing!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU MIKE. I will return for future services!

I've been here twice now for two different issues with my old car, once was an alternator and the second for what I thought was a coolant leak that ended up being my radiator. Mike is awesome and very fair. I'm not taking my car anywhere else if I can help it.

Love these guys. They are very friendly and professional, 100% reliable and offer very good prices. My last visit resulted in a few unexpected very expensive repairs and they worked with me and gave me a significant discount. I'm very grateful for companies like these that offer both great service and reasonable rates and work with you with unexpected repairs. I highly recommend this company!

Me and my sister came here multiple times for problems when we had with our cars... they weren't big problems, but you know how the small things add up overtime. Plus, the roads in Sacramento are no joke lol. You'll be making your way downtown, driving fast, faces past, and BOOM -- here's some pot holes and a flat tire. I've been here for tire patches, battery changes, and oil changes. Mike always has a friendly, professional, and attentive attitude whenever we come in. I usually call beforehand just to see how busy they are, but he's usually able to squeeze us in within his busy days to assist us. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs to get repairs on their cars done!
