Staff friendly and soft spoken. A little scattered in the communication from front desk to back area, but overall easy understanding of what I need to do.

Very professional, polite, and they made my husband & I feel relaxed. They explained things beforehand and throughout the procedure. They made my husband feel at ease for his procedure. Very pleasant & professional. We were pleased in every way. Great staff there!

I never had a problem with them. Got to start over with a new heart doctor.

Hold time is insanely long.. they are supposed to call me to schedule an appointment but they haven’t yet so I try to reach out myself and no one answers. I came here in 2021 when I was pregnant to get my heart monitored and they lost my results and no one knew where they were after I wore a heart monitor for three days.. that’s unacceptable.. fast forward to 2023 I am being sent to the same place again.. hopefully this time they don’t lose my results and actually have documentation that I’ve been there. One star for my past experience and one star for my current experience and they still haven’t reached out to me-this review was three weeks ago4/19/23 appointment today the workers are nice and the doctor is efficient the only issue is the phone systems and getting through. More stars added

This rating is for the staff at the desk. A woman with dark painted eyebrows waited on me. My appointment was at 2:40. I was.in line at 2:35 but because they didn't call me up to the window u til 250' they said they had to reschedule my appointment. I explained I did call to say there was traffic but they kept me on hold and never answered the call. For a patient who is obviously disable and on crutches for them to keep you waiting in line and then deny you to be seen seems very unfair. If they had better customer service and could check in the patient in a timely matter I wouldn't have to reschedule. Very little consideration for the patient of Dr. Clarke.

sad to say the symptoms from treatment are more debilitating than stage iv esophageal cancer and 5 years of chemotherapy. 100% impossible to contact scheduling department. multiple attempts and long wait time have never been fruitful. I'm forced to call Triage nurse or medical assistant directly to make ANYTHING happen. being so fed up as of time, I asked my primary for another referral. After 4+ years I'm done with this placeI'm confident Dr, Mark Eaton is top notch Cardiologist but, the incompetent supporting office performance put my health and safety at High Risk

The problem isn’t the doctors, they’re great. It’s speaking to someone on the phone. You’re going to need to plan to hold for a MINIMUM of 30-45 minutes to schedule. It’s crazy. One day it was an hour and a half. There’s no reason this should ALWAYS be the case.

Great doctors and staffs. 2 stars for not able to reach anyone thru phone or email. on hold for 50 mins still got no answer. Whoever in charge of Appointment line should be trained/ replaced. perhaps if it is even exist.

Rating their parking lot: holy geez, someone decided that all cars are the size of subcompacts! And there are even smaller spaces designated "compact". what’s the point of squeezing as many parking spaces as you can into your lot if cars can’t actually fit in properly parking them. The end result looks like people taking up 1 1/3 parking spaces for the most part. I am a car guy, and I can park in a tight spot, but I can’t see how people could use these parking spaces as designed and actually open either of their doors let alone both.
