We got a few bids and everyone was pretty helpful, but Ehson went out of his way to ensure we were happy with product, understood the process, and was very transparent about costs the entire way. We went to the showroom several times and were able to take home multiple samples. Honestly everyone we worked with - sales, measurer, installation manager, installers- were all great. Installation was quick and they did a great job moving our furniture around in a lived-in house without inconveniencing us too much. Super happy!

I went to this carpet store for help with patching an older carpet in a home that we're selling. Tod, who was new to this location, did his utmost best to match my carpet. When that didn't work out, he put me in touch with an installer who could help me with patching in a piece from elsewhere in the home. Tod went above and beyond, especially considering that I ultimately didn't need to purchase anything from this store. I will definitely keep them in mind for carpet and flooring needs in the future.
