Just left this branch location (07/18/2023). I went in to open an additional account - I'm already an account holder there. I was literally the only customer in the lobby waiting for assistance.I was told by the manager that I would be helped soon. The manager had an employee in her office when I entered the branch. There was one teller at the teller window, she couldn't help me open a new account. The employee left the manager's office, the manager looked at me and never said another word. Didn't ask me how I could be helped. There was no further conversation after I was told I would be helped soon. I waited to see if the manager would assist me, and when she didn't I left. Obviously, I will be closing my existing accounts.

They don’t cash checks their customers gave out. Real damper if you’re buying materials to work on the home of the persons who banks with them.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Sacramento Credit Union BankI recently had an incredibly frustrating and unsatisfactory experience with Sacramento Credit Union Bank, and I feel compelled to share my negative review. From their incompetent staff to their unreliable services, my interactions with this bank left me deeply dissatisfied and regretful.First and foremost, the customer service at Sacramento Credit Union Bank was shockingly poor. The staff members demonstrated a lack of basic knowledge and professionalism, often providing incorrect or misleading information. It was clear that they were ill-equipped to handle even the simplest customer inquiries, leaving me frustrated and feeling unheard.Moreover, the bank's services were consistently unreliable and plagued with technical issues. Online banking and mobile app functionality were frequently down or malfunctioning, making it nearly impossible to access and manage my accounts conveniently. This lack of reliability and accessibility severely hindered my ability to conduct everyday banking activities with ease.Furthermore, Sacramento Credit Union Bank had a severe lack of transparency when it came to their fees and charges. They consistently imposed hidden fees without proper explanation, leaving me blindsided and frustrated by unexpected deductions from my account. It felt like they were deliberately trying to take advantage of their customers, eroding trust and confidence in their services.In addition, the bank's loan and credit application processes were excessively lengthy and cumbersome. The paperwork requirements were excessive, and the approval timelines were unreasonably protracted. It seemed like the bank had little regard for their customers' time and convenience, making the loan process needlessly complicated and time-consuming.Lastly, when I attempted to address these issues and express my dissatisfaction, Sacramento Credit Union Bank displayed a complete lack of concern or willingness to resolve the problems. They were dismissive of my concerns and offered no viable solutions, demonstrating a profound disregard for customer satisfaction and loyalty.In conclusion, my experience with Sacramento Credit Union Bank was nothing short of a nightmare. From the incompetent staff and unreliable services to the lack of transparency, excessive fees, and unresponsiveness, this bank failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I strongly advise anyone considering banking with Sacramento Credit Union Bank to seek out more reputable and customer-centric alternatives that prioritize transparency, reliability, and genuine customer care.

Today I will become a homeowner. Deri Ross at SacCU went above and beyond for my husband and me. We had a special situation that Deri zeroed in on and got us a refinance instead of a regular mortgage. She is very committed to her job (I can tell). and really knows the realty biz. Anytime we emailed her she responded very quickly. We did our business completely electronically and it was so convenient in these times. I can't say enough great things about her. So glad we gave the business to our CU instead of the guys on the web like Rocket. Thank you Deri Ross

Don't trust the ATM here for deposits. It ate $800+ of mine. Thankfully I was able to get it back through customer service but it took a week before I had my money back. This appears to be an ongoing issue given reviews here and other sources. There's no reason to trust the ATM here until they upgrade to a new one.

This has been our bank for the past 23 years and they have always had our back whether it be for personal checking, savings, or for a business account! You can't go wrong with this Credit Union for a small town feel!! ❤️❤️

Excellent service, needed to open an account and Julie was very helpful. ATM was being serviced and I could not check my new debit card but will do at another branch.Look forward to doing business with Sacramento credit Union. ?
