Like it better now that the door from the Ross to the mall has opened again instead of walking out side and back in to get to the rest of the mall. Love the deals and things you can find here. Fairly clean and organized, wish some cashiers wouldn't stand at the register and mess with hangers or tags when there is a long line and only one person doing checkouts.

This is the worse Ross I have seen! Disorganized, sales clerk had no clue what I was asking for when I asked about something. Not the best Ross for sure.

This store earned the motto, if you don't like Ross get lost!Clothes are thrown on the floor throughout the store, dirty Un functioning fitting rooms, dirty stinky bathrooms, and it is not even a Christmas time. Horrible customer service and a manager by the name Alex is no better fit for a worse store. Other Ross places like the one in West Sacramento are 10 stars compared to this Natomas location. 5 minute away and it makes much more difference.

I was here yesterday on a Sunday afternoon. But I don't know if it is because the store sold out of everything after the holiday season or another reason. Ross Dress for Less in Natomas on Truxel Road has a lot of empty shelves and racks. At least 20% of the shelves are empty or have only a few items. I didn’t find anything I wanted to buy on this visit too!
