This Rite Aid store looked pretty good when I first walked in. It has more modern decorations to make each section stand out. However, most of the shelves in the store are empty. Many items are not available or have very few pieces in stock. The good thing is that the parking lot is easy to get near the front door.

Poor Customer Service representative like Shasta & Tianna needs customer service training & how to deal with customers instead of making them to walk all the way to the isle for an exchange & when asked about the shopping cart very rude response we don’t have it & deal yourself. WOW never expected from “Rite Aid”

I like the customer service provided here. Besides the fact that the alcohol is at a decent, sometimes great price! This place is well rounded. I'm getting my shots here from now on.

Always recieved high level of service and authentic care by the staff. Products are original and Inventory is great . Pharmacy is superb with option of home delivery also for any product.!!!!!!!

This store refused to honer the advertisement that they had up. Then had me wait for a manager for over 10 min. The manager never came to assist. We called to try to speak to a manager and still no manager. Will not be going back.

Sunday April 30, 2023I Went Into Rite Aid On Gerber Road In Sacramento California To Exchange An Weed Puller I Had Purchased Approximately Three Weeks Prior, Yet Used It The First Day I Phoned. The Great Associates Informed Me I Could Exchange It I Also Informed Her That I Was Sure I Had Rid Of The Receipt She Assumed Me That I Could Exchange It With Any Associate.Today I Tried To Exchange They Gave Me Heck Understament

The absolute worse Rite Aid. They always have a new time to shut down the scoop ice cream area.One day it's 730 pm the next it 930 pm. Today is was 837 pm.They are never consistent with the time. Each time is a new reason why. I WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN.

Friendly Staff. Pharmacist that has vaccinated all my kids is professional and good with children. They aren't scared to go to her. Cashier very friendly.
