The best experience ever. They barely have Rite Aids anymore. This Rite Aid had a THRIFTY ice cream pallor indoors!!!!

Had my RX at Watt ave rite aide for years. They had wonderful service and so help.My Rx was moved to Marconi when they closed. The pharmacy staff at Marconi is so short with you and makes multiple mistakes. Always so rude. I am sure this one will close soon It is terrible! Moving to Walgreens

15 years with the Watt pharmacy (it closed) and NO issues. A few moths with Marconi and nothing BUT issues. After complaining to the manager, he said that this store had to absorb two other stores, so they are filling prescriptions for THREE stores Good luck if you call them, maybe they will pick up the phone. Takes WAY too long to fill prescriptions and I had something that was out of stock and they did not bother to order it until I called and asked about it. It was promised for 2:00 PM the next day and it was not ready and I had to call the manager to get a live person and gee, it was somehow ready in 5 minutes. I got an email stating so. I am switching to Walgreen's after I pick up what I am waiting for now.

At this Rite Aid I get my prescriptions and they’re always very good about it. They have them ready and they don’t take too long. Also, the drive-through is nice at this location.

Beautiful store. They’re going bankrupt. The quality of sourced medications is seriously suspect. Constant changes in where medication comes from can’t be good.

I cannot find my other ( zero ) star review, by I would like to catch y’all up.Because of the way this 4010 manzanita rite aid pharmacy runs, I chose another drug store chain. The first rite aid mess up, ok, that happens, but over and over isn’t cool. I have tried at least four times to transfer over to my new pharmacy and Rite aid just ignores me. I’ve gone too many days, sometimes several, to get things right and rite aid just ignores me and the fact that I need some of my meds consistently and daily, but I’ve had to go for days without them because of the pharmacy at 4010 Manzanita.Oh, and they’ll blame your doctor for everything if you complain.

Mostly well-stocked, very clean and well organized store. The cashier was friendly both when greeting me on my arrival and when checking me out.And the place still has ice cream, y'all.
