Always friendly clerks are available at the checkout area. I would have given the place a 5 star but inventory is getting scarce. I have been shopping there since 1985, so it makes me sad to see this store struggle. When I asked if they are closing, the staff say they will be closing for renovation. That would be great if I could believe it.

I have been going to this particular Rite aide for Years. I have never had a rude employee, ever. They deal with a lot of thieves, crash and grabs and rude customers daily. I found them to be really nice and helpful. I love buying their pots in the garden section, they are way cheaper than Home depot or anyplace else.

One of the most popular things in Rite Aid is their Thrifty Ice Cream. But it is closed on the day I'm there! The store has a lot of empty spaces and shelves. The store is too big for their business now!
The Pharmacy Department in this Rite Aid is still doing well. They still have many customers come here with their prescriptions.

The Rite Aid pharmacy in the Lake Crest Village shopping center has unprofessional staff and very poor customer service. It recently took over four weeks to fill a prescription. On one of my trips to the store the staff told me that the order needed to be unpacked and it would take two hours. On the following day I was told that it wasn't ready. I tried to call the pharmacy numerous times to avoid an unnecessary trip but they do not answer the telephone. I went to the store again and was told it needed to be unpacked. I then explained to the clerk that they told me the same story previously. I asked the clerk to check with the pharmacist. After a discussion with the pharmacist they said it didn't come in on the order and it could take awhile. The following week I received a text that it was ready. When I went to the store to pick it up they told me the pharmacist was on lunch break and they couldn't give out the prescription. I explained to the clerk that I have been taking this medication for years. They said since this was new to them that the pharmacist had to approve it. I previously used the Rid Aid pharmacy on Freeport boulevard which was much better. Unfortunately it recently closed.

I am always greeted warmly when I enter the store. I found what I needed, and most was on sale! Love their seasonal sales of candy and display items.

Cold, heartless employee - Store closes at 10pm, store employee locks doors at 9:50. I knock on the door, call the store. employee finally comes up to register to answer call but sees me gesture and then waves her finger at me and says they are closed… my wife is diabetic, going through an episode and i just need test strips. i tell her this through the door and she gestures to walgreens down the road then walks away. all of this at 9:57, again they close at 10pm. My business will be at CVS and Walgreens for now on

The most rude and incompetent pharmacy staff ive ever had to deal with. Any excuse to not do their job, and they'll lie about meds being ready when they're out of stock, yet they won't just say if they're out of stock before the prescription is sent.

I almost never visit Rite Aid anymore as I shop online for similar products. But I needed office/school supplies on New Year's Eve so I popped in my closest Rite Aid. This place was apocalyptic, almost nothing on the shelves. Knowing that other Rite Aid's near me have recently shut down, I expected this one was also going the same direction. I asked the associate if this store was shutting down and he said that he hadn't heard that. My local CVS is the same, shelves empty and looking ransacked. At this point I won't enter another Rite Aid or CVS again.

I had the worst experience dealing with just one cashier there. I try not to go there because of her but sometimes that's the closest for a last minute run like medications or first aid items. That cashier makes shopping there so uneasy and uncomfortable because she talked to me like I'm dumb or stupid. She's ghetto and rude. She told me I should only buy things I plan to keep as if I should not have returns if the item that I no longer need or if I bought the wrong item. She makes me feel like I'm stealing from the store even tho I have the receipt for my items. I will not return to this store as long as she's working. She's horrible.

Rite Aid Pharmacy has a timely messaging process. The pharmacy will message me with the date when my prescription will be filled. Once the prescription is ready to be picked up, I will receive another message and have the option to prepay for my medication. The prepay link that the pharmacy messages to me is an extremely easy and time-saving way when picking up a prescription. Without the prepay link, I would have to wait for the pharmacist to fill my prescription and then pay for it. Prepaying eliminates waiting, and my prescription is ready when I arrive at the pharmacy.
