I just want to start off by saying how appreciative I was after my conversation I believe with the owner(apologies should have gotten a name) this review is long overdue, after purchasing a first car as a young single mother and being scammed a janky car with multiple severe issues, the man in the office talked me through different routes I can take to try to achieve justice and wanted me to try to get my money back first before moving forward with repairs.. I’m new to the car/dealership world and am thankful he pointed me in the right direction, although I’m still in the process of getting justice to this horrible car I purchased from Abe’s motor sports I’ve been educated by the guy in the steps moving forward, he could have pushed me to start with repairs but he knew I was screwed over by a janky dealership. Thankyou for your time and willingness to help a person in need out! And I can guarantee I will be coming here if I move forward with repairs!!!!

This place is other-worldly!...after getting rear-ended, I initially went to another body shop which was close to me and which I was very familiar with, but it had recently been acquired by a national chain. They would not work with my insurance company to come up with an estimate which was acceptable to all parties. It put me in a bad situation where I would have to pay out-of-pocket. Then I shopped around and found Rick's. They were a bit out of the way from me but it was worth it. Clark and Damien are nothing short of amazing. They really know their business. They worked with my insurance company and saved me money in the end by fixing the trailer hitch damage--and more--the right way. The results were excellent. It's cherry, so now I'm going to keep my truck for a long time. This place is the best!

And I thought it couldn’t get any better….Damien is an absolute amazing person. While I waited for my car, he mad me feeling right at home. He shared how he got in this line of work and I’m glad he did. And it took no time for my car to get fixed. He got my vote!!! People come here!!! You will not be disappointed nor treated unfairly. Thanks again Damien.

Just had my 2011 Toyota Camry painted and this shop did an outstanding job. My car has low miles but the paint was peeling and I really thought about getting a new car but Damien and his crew made it look like brand new. Many thanks!

From the first time I walked through the door I new I had chosen the right place! Very clean including the area where work on the cars is done. Then there's the service very friendly and explanation of what was going to be done was explained very well. The front office is great very welcoming . I brought my car in today 9/6/23 to have the work done , very happy with it. My car needs more work and Damien gave me 3 options with the estimate not pushing to have it done now. There's no rush. The work he did today made my car look great. Sorry didn't mean to write a book on Rick's Body Shop but I'm just so impressed!

Damien is honest and fair. He got our beloved Cherokee XJ back on the road in time for my son to drive it back to San Diego for the school year. I would definitely recommend.

Damien was very helpful and informative and extremely kind. He worked around my schedule and I returned to find my car totally cleaned inside and out as well as the repair that was done beautifully. He went far above and beyond what he needed to do and I totally appreciate it. I would recommend Rick's to everyone!

I brought my challenger in to have repair an not only did they fix my car the detail inside an out was nothing that I have ever seen I recommend anybody to this I will be returning if needed.

I was told by another auto body shop that my splash guard was ripped, quoted a (pretty high) price and almost went through with it. I gave Rick’s shop a call, brought my car in within 10 minutes; and not only was he able to quickly diagnose it, he fixed it right away. I was just missing bolts. Also the price tag was nowhere near as high as what I was told prior. It’s always nice to go to an honest business, because I’ve been taken advantage of in the past. I’m also loyal, so when I ever need something again I come back to the same place that gave me a great experience. Should I ever need any other body work or to refer someone, it’ll be Rick’s! Thanks again!
