Meh. The place is fine. Room was nice, clean, and in good repair. The one thing that kills me about this place is the extra fee to park. I get it, sort of, if the hotel is downtown and parking is shared with other businesses. This place, however, sits on a giant lot of its own. Why gouge the customer? Just add a couple bucks to the room, and call it a day. Seems disingenuous to charge extra for parking, given the location, and what it is.

It's close to the freeway so I could hear traffic all night. There's not great weatherstripping on the doors to muffle the sound.

We had a two room suite with a kitchen. It had been recently remodeled. The materials used were and will become problematic. The new flooring was loose in a few places. The tile in the kitchen was impossible to not mark up and the granite countertop had a 2' long crack in it at the sink which had been filled. The breakfast buffet was good in the morning. In the evening we had our free drinks at the lounge. The lobby is freshly remodeled and is nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is odd. You enter a strip mall then drive out of it down a narrow road to the complex. It is not obvious and without Google maps it would have proven much more difficult.

I recently had the pleasure of returning to the Residence Inn Marriott in Sacramento Natomas, and once again, it proved to be a delightful experience that surpassed my expectations in every way.Having stayed here before, I was already familiar with the warm and friendly staff who go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The seamless check-in process and the staff's commitment to ensuring I had all the information needed for a comfortable stay were consistent with my previous experience.Opting for a suite with a fireplace, as I did on my previous visit, added an extra layer of coziness and warmth to my stay. It felt like returning to a familiar and welcoming retreat. The well-designed suite was not just a room but a spacious haven that truly felt like a home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen was an added bonus! While I didn't use it, it was great to be able to store food from take out and night's out with friends and family during my stay in sacramento. The complimentary breakfast buffet, a highlight from my previous stay, once again exceeded my expectations. The variety and quality of the offerings, combined with the welcoming dining area, made for a delightful start to each day. The freshness of the ingredients and the attentiveness of the breakfast staff were consistent with the high standards I experienced before. The Residence Inn Marriott Natomas continues to boast a convenient location in the charming Natomas neighborhood, providing easy access to downtown Sacramento and major attractions. The proximity to highways and public transportation further enhances the hotel's appeal for exploring the city. The amenities, from the well-equipped fitness center to the relaxing outdoor pool and patio area, maintained their top-notch quality. What truly set this Residence Inn apart, as it did during my previous stay, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. The familiar faces were as friendly, approachable, and eager to assist as ever, creating a sense of returning to a place where I am not just a guest but a valued part of the community. In conclusion, my return to Residence Inn Marriott Sacramento Natomas was a testament to the consistently fantastic experience this hotel provides. The combination of a welcoming atmosphere, well-appointed suites, delicious breakfast, and outstanding service makes it a standout choice for both business and leisure travelers. I wholeheartedly recommend opting for a suite with a fireplace for an extra touch of comfort and charm. I eagerly anticipate my next visit to this exceptional hotel.

Friendly staff. Rooms seem to have been somewhat updated - hardwood floors, nicer bedding. My only complaint is that you can hear the freeway traffic a lot through the door since you enter from the outside and not a hallway. I saw it was close to the freeway but didn’t think it would be so bad. The location is tucked back behind a shopping center.

I was on the road and was getting tired so I pulled over and called them for a room quote and was quoted 144.00 for the room and 75.00 for my pet. When I arrived all was good until I went to my room and checked my visa.... 280.00 was charged and I called the front desk, I was told there is a 10 dollar a night for parking and 50.00 charge for incidhendentals. they told me I will get the 50.00 back after check out. I only stayed one night and they kept all the money. I've started a dispute with visa and wanted everyone to know the crooked practice this Hotel chain pulls. BE CAREFULLSafety: There are homeless camps all around the place. Very unsafe

Stayed here for one night. Not bad for the price. Most of the stuff was comfy, except for the furniture. The breakfast was pretty good, they even had Andouille sausage.

Had a great experience!! Couldn’t believe how hard it was to find a hotel near the Golden 1 Center that included breakfast & didn’t have horrible reviews about cars being broken into ? I guess the $10 daily parking is a new thing, but I was happy to pay for it since they have a security guard at the entrance checking passes after hours & patrolling around to keep cars safe. If this is why you pay $10 a day I’d pay again. Great staff, clean rooms & very accessible location though it is surrounded by homeless encampments so be careful ig.

Impossible to locate behind a strip mall with poor signs for directions, no courtesy breakfast bag for early departure guests to airport despite a parking charge claiming it is because they are an airport hotel. They are 15 minutes from airport and are simply on north end of city. Very poor customer service. And to top it off the beds are doubles and they advertise as queen beds. Unbelievable!!!The location is very poor with terrible traffic. I would recommend staying north of the airport.
