What an incredible organization! My dog Camilo needed his leg amputated and it was an urgent situation. I found this group quickly with a few Google searches. Their website said that they respond to applications within two days. I applied on Wednesday and they responded on Friday. They denied my application at first but the email encouraged me to reapply if I was able to close the gap I needed in funding for the surgery. Within those two days I actually had been able to get more money together so I reapplied. I also sent an email and called them because I was concerned they wouldn’t respond to my re-application quickly enough because this was late on Friday afternoon and the surgery was scheduled for first thing Monday morning. Nancy reached out to me within minutes! She called me and told me I was awarded $200 to get Camilo his amputation! I was so touched that they cared enough to get back so quickly! They were so professional and seemed to truly care. They were very personable and asked all about my pup and asked for lots of pictures and a follow up. Nancy was so lovely and made us feel so special. The $200 was sent straight to my vets office and we feel so blessed! Our budget was really tight and without RedRover it would have been impossible to get the surgery. Thank you so so so much guys! Camilo and I love you!

An absolute blessing. So very nice and understanding. My baby jazzy had to have a good portion of her tail amputated. She's doing great now and I am so very grateful. Thank you and God bless.

Red Rover is such a gift. My 10 year old chihuahua needed teeth cleaning and an unknown amount of extractions. This was the first time in my 15 years of having multiple medical expenses for my little ones that I needed help financially. I just could not afford $1100+/- at this time. I searched for a charity on google, found Red Rover and applied. With their generous donation my little Willow was able to get a set of beautifully clean teeth and 3 extractions. She also needed a mole removed and labs, which turned out to be cutaneous clear cell adnexal carcinoma. A super rare skin cancer. Thankfully they were able to remove it completely and told me she should be clear of it spreading. Her teeth are sparkling white! And not only that, but Willow immediately started acting as if she has been reborn. No joke, the sun is brighter, squirrels are more exciting, food tastes better. She’s a bit dramatic, but her mouth feels so good, she can't help being on top of the world. Thank you Red Rover!!!!

My dog, Beatrice, just received a grant from Red Rover Relief for an unexpected vet visit. She was attacked by another dog, and ended up having to be sedated in order to repair a puncture wound she had on her chest.I worked with Nancy, and I cannot compliment her enough. She was so communicative, caring, understanding, and steadfast throughout the process. She very clearly explained to me what was expected from me, what I should know about the process, and followed up with me frequently. I appreciated how soft and empathetic she was, as I was feeling a bit overwhelmed and panicked. My vet also had wonderful things to say about Nancy - she mentioned how kind and wonderful Nancy was to work with. My vet was very happy to learn about Red Rover Relief; they're looking forward to referring future patients in the case that they need assistance.I highly recommend this organization and owe my pup’s health to them!

Let me tell you! In short, I rescued a cat who'd been abused and very neglected. He weighed just under 6 lbs and is (after initial vet ER exam) about 3 y/o. He drooled like a faucet had been left opened... which his current vet said was due to stomatitis (explains the drooling, as his mouth is inflamed, with sores, and he's in extreme pain when eating/drinking). With some TLC he's come around a bit in that he's being given painkillers so he can eat, but the vet recommended a full mouth extraction... which was scheduled but could not be completed, as my little guy could not be intubated because his airway was severely inflamed, so his vet took a biopsy, as she thought it might instead be cancer. I died daily out of sheer stress for about a week waiting for the results. IT'S NOT CANCER!!! I swear I cried when I was given the news... but now the vets will have to determine how to get THAT inflammation down enough to be able to intubate so his surgery can take place. So Red Rover came in when I started fundraising for this kiddo... and I've been extremely humbled by how they handled my situation, because (I shamefully admit) I was stressing so much about my kid that I was not precisely *nice* throughout the process... but Laurel is a saint. Her picture should be next to the words "patience", "kindness" and "understanding" in the dictionary. Now I just have to wait until this baby's issue is completely resolved and his happy, sunshiny days can finally start. I leave you with a picture of one of his first days at home (so you can see what I mean by drooling - I mean it was 24/7), and a short little video of him a couple of weeks later, when he was not drooling as much. He let me pick him up for the first time last week and I nearly melted, he makes air biscuits when I carry him over my shoulder!!

Red Rover is an amazing organization. We took our little red girl to get spayed recently. When they opened her up, they saw her bladder completely full of stones. had never even known she had her stones until that time. They called during surgery and said it would be quite a bit more than we could currently afford to get done at the time. In a panic trying to be sure we took care of the issue before it caused her major harm, I came across Red Rover. I applied and was so shocked we received a call back the very next business day with an offer for help. We were able to get her cystotomy two weeks later, after she healed from her spay, with the help of Red Rover and their wonderful donors. After not having known about the stones, we weren't expecting to really notice much difference but, she's clearly been feeling much better! She has been running and playing like never before. She just seems overall happier and feeling great! We can't be thankful enough for the help giving our sweet girl a new "leash" on life.

Amazing people! My dog needed a blood transfusion that I could NOT afford. I reached out to red rover for help the night I found out. The next day they call, and they work with my vet and paid most of the cost for the procedure. That afternoon Auna was getting the tranfusion. They saved her life!

When my Lucy was diagnosed with cancer, I was told that we had to act fast to remove it before it spread. I didn't know how I was going to afford the surgery. The cancer was very aggressive and the vet wanted to remove it ASAP. RedRover responded to my request for help in less than one business day and worked directly with my vet to secure help with funding her surgery.

Someone had tried to break into a shed I have in my backyard but they never made it there. My two dogs heard them and went outside. As the person was running away they left my back gate open. I got up the next morning and one was on my porch but Myles was nowhere to be found. It took about 3 hours but I found him through social media. The call I got was that there was an injured German Shepherd on someone's front lawn and he couldn't move. We got the address and immediately went and picked him up we weren't sure what had happened to him but he was bloody and we thought he had a broken leg. Turns out he was attacked by something larger than him whether it be a coyote, pitbull, maybe another Shepherd no one knows. The vet said he was going to require dressing changes with sedation at least twice a week. We were able to cover the first bit of charges but we had just moved here and didn't have the extra funds. Through donations and finding the Red Rover Foundation Myles is going to be just fine. Red Rover is stepping in where we couldn't help him. We had tried to change the dressing at home once and it was traumatic for the dog and everybody involved. We just want to thank the Red Rover Foundation for helping us and Myles when we really needed it. And the services were really quick they were involved almost immediately.
