The worker at self checkout was rude to me. Did not greet me or thanked me for coming in, yet did that for other customers. On Thursday Oct 10th at 1:50pm

They had some excellent loaded cookies, I chose the Raspberry Cheesecake! They also had a clearance on some dry cat food, causing me, to buy 3 bags, of it! Lol.

I have been shopping at Bel Air stores since the '60's when I used to go to the Florin/Greenhaven store with my mom. It's still a great store, but I sure miss the real in store bakery!

Live in the area and frequent the deli more often than I'd like to admit. Deli sandwichs are life on these 114° days. Often times the same workers help us out. This particular gentleman has helped me out multiple times. Trevor ( I believe to be his name, young light haired gentleman) in the deli has made me many of sandwiches. He always kinda has a stinky attitude, kinda makes you feel like you're an inconvenience to him but today it was exceptional. He tried to convince me that the grocery store didn't have onions for my sandwich. He made every huff and eye roll he could to make sure I knew I had inconvenienced him by asking him to go get an onion. We get the same sandwich and ask him to heat before the veggies, as he's adding the veggies before heating we remind him and he seems extremely annoyed. It maybe a strang request but not an impossible one. It would be nice to order a sandwich and not be made to feel like a huge inconvenience. I don't need a smile or fake customer service but respect of a paying customer would be nice.

Nice store. Clean. Cement floors. The new Bel Air on Arden and Eastern has really nice wood looking flooring and a fresh new feel. But this one is nice. I got some muffins and M&M's. Not crowded and good handicap parking in front. Also, take a moment and smell the air, no smell, no stink=no donald trump. Hopefully we can keep the air clean! Stopped in today to pick up some peanut M&M's. Very clean!!!

Good service, this store is struggling right now. I saw women with obvious items stuffed under their shirts, any idea what they are doing? 99cents store is already going out of business, hope we can help this store stay afloat with all the shoplifting happening.

I enjoy shopping here they usually have everything that you're looking for, all of the employees are very kind, helpful, polite, understanding, & considerate
This is the place I usually head to first. I sometimes get dropped off at this Raleys Bel Air after my doctor appointment. I end up always buying more than I can carry home. The store employees will allow me to leave some of the items that I have purchased, because I can't carry everything home at once. They're also very good at keeping an eye on the items that I have to leave there. Sometimes by the time I get home with the items that I have to carry, I'm too tired to return to the store. I have been able to call them, & they'll allow me to leave my items there until sometime the next day. The next day I'll bring what I call my Old Ladies Crate, it's a wire square crate with 4 wheels on it. When I get there the employees will get the items that I left in the store the day before for me. Everything is always put inside a cart all together for me. I'll unload the cart of my items into my Old Ladies Crate, & head home. Lately since COVID-19 the employees have seemed to lose their kindness, care, & consideration. They're so fed up with having to allow thieves to walk away from the store without even paying for the items that they have picked up. As for the police, they can't really do anything about it either. Because their hands are tied due to fear of the implications of harassment or anything else. Raleys has lost a lot of money due to the thieves stealing from them. The prices are going up considerably more because they have to make up for the loss of the products being stolen. Raleys is not the only store that has to do this, because of thieves. Walmart, Safeway, etc.... Are having to do it also. But the responsible people that are actually paying for the products are suffering through the cost of everything. Having to cut one thing or another since everything has gone up, because of the thieves. It's a really sad thing that we're the ones that have to pay for the loss of products.

It kinda sucks there. They put sale prices on but don't give you a very good idea how to get that price. It never said digital cupon on the sign.
The cashier in the self checkout was super rude and incompetent. I really try to avoid going here unless I really need something because this store location sucks!
