I have been coming to this location for years. These men are helpful without making you feel like they think your stealing. The area is populated with African Americans, Mexicans,whites,ECT. And although there are some products they are lacking if you tell them what you would like they will order for you. Always clean and friendly. Great service. I would love for a bigger selection of hair one day but until then I still will go.

I'm not from the Sacramento area but I thought I would look at a new spot for hair while I was in the area and so I looked around and didn't find any thing so I decided to leaving this the shop and the guy behind the counter stopped Me and asked to look in my bag that was so embarrassing ? I can't believe that know that I didn't touch anything

i love they sales on hair and the jewelry n shoes are my favorite thing to buy. i love the big packs of hair just wish they had the 4 pack of hair in different colors

To anyone shopping at this store do so at your own risks. They are well aware of the dope dealing that's goes on daily outside of their business and the homeless and shady people who buy their dope at this location. The law enforcement had been notified yet cannot remove them unless the employees of this store request it. They do not want to be bothered. These two men who run the store refuse to participate in having this bad environment permanently removed. If they do not care about this illegal activity, they certainly do not care about the safety of their customers. Shop with care and safety, watch your back or better yet shop somewhere else. There many other beauty supply stores with a safer environment.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a beauty supply I was pleased with the excellent customer service I received. The two men running the store were friendly very welcoming. I'm definitely going to go back. Great experience!

So sweet all 3 men while attentive ( as there are stragglers in the neighborhood) so for good reason ! Never gave me "watching for theft" vibes all three gentlemen were pleasant and one even opened the door and offered a mask so I didn't have to run back to my car ! I got everything I needed from makeup to a dope wig I'm wearing for an interview tonight and some clutch makeup products all within a 20 min stop in ! They even gave me some free gifts because of the amount spent ! I def will be back ! Customer service matters n they def got the skills needed to ensure I am a long term customer! :) pleasant experience
