Had a slow leak in one of my tires, they got me in same day and had me out of there in less than an hour. $30 and friendly service, will be back if I have any other tire problems for sure!

Called multiple times and received different quotes each time. I called back to get the deal I was told and they said I had asked for a different size tire that was bigger and now that it was a smaller version of the same tire it would be more expensive. Somehow? I didn't wind up purchasing here, but pay extra attention to the numbers when doing business here, especially when dealing with Miguel.

I came in to have my car looked at because my tire light came on and said one of my tires were low. They took my car to the back and came back 45 mins later with the problem fixed. I was charged $30 for a patch. He never came in to tell me what the problem was or how much it was going to be beforehand, he just patched it up. If he would’ve checked with me first, I would’ve told him not to worry about it because I had another shop that I could’ve taken it to and got it done for free or a lot cheaper. I feel that’s something management should talk to staff about because what if I didn’t have $30 at the time?
I called yesterday and spoke to Randy. He was willing to make it right and I appreciate that.

RTS has been my wife’s and I go to Tire & Brake service for years. Today they completed replacement of the TPMS (tire pressure sensors) on our now 11 year old Tacoma. Thanks Randy and team for the friendly service and keeping us on the road.

The best and most honest service I have seen in a very long time.
Manager Tim was very informative, and honest, staff were very friendly.
Great customer service, friendly staff, fast service and great prices.
They do not upsell unnecessary service like many other shops do. Will tell you about the condition of your tires and whether you need alignment etc. honestly.
I have been going to Americas Tires for at least the past 15 years, was recommended this tire shop by a friend who is a Lexus/Toyota mechanic. RTS definitely has a new customer for life. We own three cars, will refer my friends.
I had a day off, reached out in the morning. By 10 am the tires I’ve ordered were delivered. I showed up an hour later and had the work done.
Will definitely support this business!
