Beware of this location!! Twice this year my car was damaged as a result of going through the wash at this location in Midtown Sacramento. Both times I filed a damage claim right away and both times Quick Quack denied any liability for the damage. This despite proof and the fact that the damage occurred in the exact same area on my car both times. I’m currently having to pay my insurance deductible ($500) to get the repairs done that they won’t take responsibility for. Not at all worth it for just a semi-clean car after being washed there!

I had such a great experience with Tee at Quick Quack car wash. Everything was seamless and I appreciated the great service. It’s always my stop for car washes in the area and I go out of my way to get here.

Not a great service at all. Doesn't get my car cleaned and leaves a weird film on my window. And the customer service is really awful. They sometimes have debris on the cloths that could scrape a car. I wish Mike's carwash would make it to the West Coast, there's obviously no competition here for a good carwash.
