Car is left very wet after going through the wash. Towels provided are also wet and thus do not work for drying the car! Some trashy clientele play loud music and the staff won't do anything about it... and when I complained, simply argued with me. Very disrespectful. Extremely unpleasant experience and I will not return!!!
