Shout out to Faxon, he made buying my dream truck quick and easy. He also followed through with everything he said he was going to do after I bought the truck. He still answered all my calls and text messages. If you buy a car from here make sure you go see Faxon he's honest and won't forget about you once the transaction is complete.

Now the salesperson that was sick calls and proceeds to blame everything on bad communication in their company and what they told my partner. I tell him the bottom line is they sold the car out from under me. I purchased the vehicle before I left the dealership and you called 2 hours to day the vehicle is sold. You need to make this right. I want a vehicle of the same or better quality at the price we set. $26K. Be OTD under $30K. Why are they trying to do such an underhanded nasty and illegal thing. I don't get it. The GM there said I was trashing them on social media. I'm simply sharing my experience, so if that's trashing you, then it's on you. They don't think this was malicious. Well I told him the emails from the internet manager hoping that we are 100 percent satisfied with our experience at their dealership certainly were malicious and we got 2 of them. i wouldn't be surprised if he was involved in the sale somehow. Just an overall unpleasant person with zero percent customer service skills. Well we are still waiting to see if they make this right. I may need to write a book.

I decided to order a ford lightning electric truck in 2021 when orders were accepted, placed by deposit and registered to wait. The truck was priced at $54k and it sounded as a very good deal and I wanted to be a part of the electric future based on description of the truck and the fact that at that time, ford acknowledged the problem it has with its dishonest dealerships. Back then, I believed that they will be making changes they promised and will revolutionize the way they sell as I still believe being pressured into dealer markups back when I purchased the fusion in 2013. Two days ago I get a message followed by the email inviting me to configure my truck and to place the order to be delivered in 2023. I jump online and my $54k configuration is not available even though that's the configuration I was on the wait list for, I then configure the truck forced into xlt or lariat trim that I did not want, at the end of the process, the difference between the pricing on ford site and the out of the door truck is $14k plus. In notes it says that that's the markup future ford wants to release the truck to me. I believe that this is the most dishonest scam, dealers should not be able to make $14,000+ markup on a truck, I immediately cancelled the reservation and don't ever want to hear about future ford, and ford in general, buy a rivian or wait for cybertruck, don't support these greedy bastards that pay for fake google reviews!

These guys are your typical greedy car dealership. I was looking at a truck that was at their sister dealership. Their Internet sales guy made an appointment for me to come and look at the truck. He went and picked it up from the Roseville dealership. When I got there, the truck was low on gas but the sales guy said we could take it for a test drive. About a block away from the dealership, it ran out of gas. When I tried to make a deal for the tuck, they came in a little high. When I offered less for the tuck, the sales guy commented that he understood if the truck was too expensive for me. I then want to Epic Chevrolet in Sacramento and got a great deal at the price point I was looking for on a better truck. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, go see Clarence at Epic. He will take care of you and he doesn't try to hard sell you. I can't recommend Clarence and Epic Chevrolet enough and I can't recommend strongly enough to stay away from these guys. Don't waste your time.

Just received a promotion from future ford on 50 percents off oil and filter change, i called the service department to find out the exact cost with no one can give me an accurate price, sound like a gimmick just to get you to their service department and charge what ever they decided.

Called to ask if a specific truck was at this location. Faxon said it was and when we arrived, we were told it was sold 2 days ago. Thanks a lot Faxon.

Very bad customer service experience with andy chacon. Took my car for a coolant leak. When I got it back, they said the pipes have been replaced and the issue taken care of. But the car is leaking five times more than before and andy chacon will not honor their service and repair it. I paid him $742 for just a coolant leak, but now it is leaking more than before. I have not driven it more than about 30 miles since I got my car back from andy chacon. So, I paid $742 for Future Ford of Sacramento to actually ruin my car.

I m done with dealerships. I went in to see if they would help me retrieve the factory code for my Lincoln and they wanted $195! I told them I just spent $8k at Future Ford service dept. Nope, $195! This was to be my new service shop but I done with dealerships. I will use the YouTube video and figure it out for myself.

My 2015 Ford Explore broke down while I was visiting family out of town so I called Future Ford and ask them if I could have my car towed there to be looked at. I explained to them I was from out of town and I needed it done ASAP to get the kids back to school. They assured me it would get looked at and not once did they tell me they were backlogged and behind more than a week. It took approximately four days for the car to be looked at, and no one had any urgency to call me and give me updates. It took them almost 2 full weeks to get my car finished. I had to call them several times, I had to go down there and again they offered no updates, no discounts and had the nerve to be rude. This place is a joke, go elsewhere. I paid almost $4000 and had to take the car back because the interior lights weren't working. I feel they take advantage of me because I'm a woman and that's not right, I have small kids that were out of school two weeks.

I don't recommend buying any Ford product since they don't stand behind them. I purchased a brand new 2015 Fusion and despite Ford knowing the engines suffered problems with blowing headgaskets and experiencing catastrophic engine failure, in as little as 75,000 miles, they did nothing to inform owners or rectify the problem. My vehicle which was well cared for and in top condition just blew up without warning. I new engine would set me back $7,000. When I spoke to the sales manager he basically said "thank you for sharing" and shook my hand! Really Ford? I am going to make it my mission to inform everyone I can about their shoddy product and miserable customer service!!

we recently purchased a 2020 Ford expedition from your store located off Madison Ave. This is our fourth purchase in roughly two years. We have purchased a F150, F-250, Explorer and now the 2020 Expedition. Prior to our marriage my husband has also purchased a F-150, raptor and a F-350. He also purchased another F-150 but that was future Nissan, still under the future umbrella. All have mostly been positive experiences with the exception of this one. Since purchasing the vehicle, we have noticed issues with the 8th gear slipping. Every time the vehicle would shift into the 8th gear you would feel a hesitation in the vehicle. I purchased this vehicle on September 5th. On September 8th I asked my salesman, in a text, about a pcm reprogram that was on the FordPass. He confirmed with service that I "was all good" after they looked up my vin. I also spoke to the other salesman we work with frequently about the issue with the 8th gear. He said his does the same thing but to pay attention when it happens. I do not think he realized I shared that it happened every time we hit the 8th gear. On September 20th, the vehicle made a noise and stalled out on me and I had to pull over on the side of Watt Ave. While it was stalling out a red code flashed on my dashboard that was enclosed by a red box. I was unable to accelerate so I took my foot off the gas hoping I could get going again. Unfortunately, when I put my foot back on the gas pedal to see if I could accelerate nothing happened. I ended up pulling over and sitting on the side of the road. Shortly after this happened I was able to take the vehicle to service. Service has since run tests and they tell me that there are no codes in the system and they are unable to recreate the issue with the 8th gear slipping. The fact there are no codes showing in the system tells me there is a computer error which is alarming. Additionally, service told me they did the pcm reprogram and that will solve my problem, even though just a few days prior I was told I was "all good" regarding the pcm reprogram. They also found a front differential leak as well as a door mechanism on the passenger side that was on the verge of failure. As of today service has officially had the expedition longer than I have. I anticipate service will be returning my vehicle to me in the next day or two if they get parts in. We have been told to drive the vehicle and if it happens again to bring it in. This is a huge safety issue not only for me, but for my two children who are under 2 years of age. I have shared repeatedly my concern for the safety of my kids in the event it stalls out again and we get in an accident. Unfortunately the only thing I am told is to drive it and bring it in again if it happens.

I was not planning on buying a vehicle for my wife. I had an incredible deal from somewhere else and I was honest with them from the get. Luke was amazing kind heart, and Blake the finance guy know I'm just a family man trying to save some money and make sure my wife is safe. It's our first time buying a car since 2007. They were beyond kind super humble and everyone there just had a good heart. Thanks Luke and Blake you guys crushed it.

I want to start off explaining that giving a low rating review for Future Ford is such a disappointment. A majority of my experience here was wonderful, entirely thanks to Blegé. Great salesman, personable, and seems genuinely interested in the long-game. Came in here to test drive a car but they didn't have one ready so I came back the next day. Test drove the car I really want but it didn't have some of the features/specifications that I was looking for. For a used car, I was surprised at the inflated price point. This ultimately led me down a train of thought about ordering a customized 2023 model when orders opened later in the month. But my experience with Blegé was so exceptional that I was preparing to go ahead and buy the one they had. I had the down payment ready to go. I asked for my current car to be appraised so I could see what the trade in value was. He got the information they needed and turned it into his manager. Blegé sat with me while we waited just short of an hour (I was very mindful of the clock but was trying to be patient). Finally the manager comes back to me and sits down and asks what I thought so I explained that I was *considering* just ordering a customized model for next year. He got this stern look on his face and became argumentative and condescending. Instead of acknowledging what I was saying and trying to workshop options, he jumped to aggressively explaining why that was a bad idea. If he had made any effort to build a relationship with me prior to this conversation, it may have gone in a different direction. But he didn't really care about what I wanted at all, the manager just wanted to make the sale. I was so uncomfortable with how rude he was that I tried to redirect to ask what the appraisal was on my car, still grateful to have a such a professional sales rep. Regardless of the trade in value, I would've still purchased the used model I test drove. Then he explained he hadn't even gotten to the appraisal yet because "so many other things came up." So his reasoning was that either he is grossly incompetent at his job and lacks time management skills, or that he just didn't care that I was sitting in the lobby twiddling my thumbs for an hour. Mixed with a bad attitude and apathy towards the customers/my needs, I ended up leaving. I can go to any Ford dealership, or just forego the dealership altogether and order online, but buying a car is a big investment and it's nice to have some guidance along the way. This experience not only lost my sale but my partner was looking at buying a new Bronco in a few months and we most likely would have returned to them for that sale as well. All in all, great sales rep but I will never do business with this manager.

Michelle is just AMAZING! I have never had such a great experience at a car dealership. A HUGE shoutout to her, thank you Michelle! She worked her pants off to help us find the right car within our budget and was able to get a great deal on our trade-in. The whole experience at Future Ford was welcoming. Jeff the sales manager even came to introduce himself and reassure us during the process of our trade-in. The final process signing paperwork was also very comforting as Blake walked us through each document we were signing so we knew exactly what we were purchasing with insurance and warranty. We will definitely be coming back to Future Ford and referring all of our friends and family!
