Although the Lab Technicians at Quest are great. Logging in to Quest's system is a horrific nightmare. In my recent visit, I just dropped by because the Quest Lab was just a couple of blocks from my Dr's office and it was definitely not a busy time of day. Yet after going through the motions of logging in, the Technician couldn't find any entry for me. I imagine if it had been a busy day, I could have killed a couple of hours waiting. Since the Quest technician didn't see any entry for me, he encouraged me to just sign-in again, disavowing any responsibility for the registration system.

This location is the best! (On J Street)The guy working is on his own, but handles everything efficiently and friendly as well as being excellent at what he does.

Rude and unpleasant staff and took forever for basic test. This place is trash you are better off going to planned parenthood

There was one person working and when we arrived we called out to see if someone was here and he ignored us in the back and stated " you just need to chill and wait" instead of just saying he would be right with us. Then he processed to be rude to us and another walk in customer claiming that " making an appointment online isn't hard and they could have figured it out" .

If I could give this location 0 stars I wouldI had a scheduled appointment via quest onlineThe worker said I did not in her system , she is solo and there are no customers waitingThe office closed at 3 pm my appointment was at 2:20She agreed to take me after I showed her my confirmation.I sit down and place my arm on chair with my sleeve rolled up she then tells me canceled my appointment and she won’t be able to compete her job

Totally unprofessional location, zero front desk person, and the only woman working (long dark hair, with bad highlights) there thinks she owns the place because she has no supervisor and zero accountability on how she treats people. This used to be a great location with several friendly staff working to meet the needs of a community that has many elderly patients. This is not McDonalds lady, people are coming here for medical testing. The lack of courtesy is appalling and like the previous review stated, she just tells people to go to another location. How can you have any confidence in a place that takes your blood and other specimens if Quest can't staff the place adequately and the lone bloodsucker is rude and mean to patients? Do not bother coming to this location.

The quest diagnostic clinic lady was on the front desk. She was use their own phone when it come to the clinic. She ignore me when I talk to her I want to drop my simple she say oh we’re super busy but she was using their own phone, she was so rude.People don’t have any other option is if they have a option nobody came to the quest clinic

Don't bother if you don't have an appointment, (impossible to book day of) they don't do walk ins. Even if the whole lobby is empty and they don't have anyone in there, and it's one blood test, they won't see you.

Have been coming here for all my lab needs for the last 15 years. But now, the only thing that comes to mind for this review is: Don’t waste your time around here; the new staffing is just not worth your breath. Rude and lazy ‘robots’ in human characters is the best way to describe them… Will never ever come back.(Editing this review a couple hours later): I went to another nearby Quest location right after leaving this miserable office and they draw my blood without any drama! Again, you’ll only experience absolute inefficacy and frankly negligence from the part of fearful robots working here!
