Very friendly... they stepped in when another propane company left us without gas in a cold holiday weekend. We could pay by mail, but we call to pay over the phone so we can touch base with Mona... a fantastic example of the family orientation of this company. Leave those other guys... come over to where they truly strive to serve you... you won't regret it.”

“On Friday evening my boyfriend and I were parched so we decided to stop in for something to quench our thirst. I picked out their brand name fresh brewed teas and thought they were delicious and sweet, especially the sweet tea this southern girl craves! But I was shocked when I read the sugar content as I drank, next time I'll get unsweetened ha ha! It definitely perked me up tho and was a great deal, on sale 2 for $2! We'll be back, this location sells hot foods, snacks, drinks and more.”

“I went here after having problems with my hitch install at another location. The GM was a great listener and was helpful. But the hitch guy, he was very well spoken and even better services. I highly recommend coming to THIS location, and having HIM do your install. Having been to multiple uhauls around the country they were the most polite and willing to help.”
“Best experience I've had renting a uhaul. Uhaul as a company has really streamlined the check in and check out process with technology. Very quick process, which is great on a long moving day.The staff are well trained with great communication. Every detail of the process was thoroughly explained to me. I dealt with multiple employees and they all seemed like they received good customer service training and were applying it properly.”
“UPDATE:We did not have a good experience (see below), but I changed them to a five star because of Jennifer the manager and how she reached out to us and followed up with the complaint. She was very kind and apologetic about the poor service we received. We really appreciated her follow up and the return was great and went well. It is sad that businesses can be impacted by the poor customer service by one staff member. We are thankful for the follow up. Thanks Jennifer for your professionalism and treating a customer with respect.First post with a one star rating:The experience from start to finish was bad. Dealing with one particular staff member. The trailer they rented to us was in fair condition, when there was a nicer one right next to it.We returned the trailer by 7pm on the day it was due like we were suppose to but they would not take it, saying it was suppose to be there before the time they allotted. IF they needed it returned before 7pm, then they should explain that.Not that they care if we are a returning customer, but we will not use this location again, the customer service was terrible from start to finish. I feel bad for the person that owns this franchise/store, they will continue to lose customers with this staff member treated customers so poorly. We thought maybe she was having a bad day when we picked up the trailer, but NOPE, she was the same person when we attempted to drop off. I would give a 1/2 Star if possible.”

“Had delivery issues from one of there competitors gave Interstate a call. They were very responsive and all about service. Although the rain was a deterrent this year in swapping out my tank. They followed up timely to accommodate the change over. I'm looking forward to dealing with this company going forward.”
