My truck was stolen on 12-15-2021, this is when I learned I should've never trusted this person. Months later they are STILL taking money from me. DO NOT PUT YOUR TRUST WITH HIM.

Worst place ever to file taxes. My husband went to them this year to file taxes, while my husband taxes got rejected they never notified my husband or so ever a month went buy he still haven't received his money so we contacted irs. Come to find out it they never received it and we filed electronically. So went back in to meet with Tammy she calms she doesn't know. Like hello you call yourself an accountant or tax preparer and can't even help when others come to your for your expertise. We took out business else where and got help. I would never recommend anyone to go to this place. Everyone else is also so rude.

Worst place ever to have your taxes done! They really have no wait system and can careless about providing customer service. If you have no appointment made you are pushed to the end of the wait list. As more appointments arrive, yep that's right, you are still at the end. You can be waiting for 8 hours and the possibility of being helped are close to "zero". Never returning here again. I'll be glad to pay another preparer who actually has a wait system even for walk-ins.

seemed like a smart guy, but completely flaked on our appointment that was set a few weeks in advance for this April 2018!. And this was for a few days before tax deadline, and he no call no show! screwed me, and my company! I had to seek an actual pro, VERY last minute! Anyone who makes appointments, and completely flakes on them, is not pro! I did email him a day ahead as a reminder of our appointment, he replied that I had -MY- date wrong...lol I then sent him a copy of his previous email from weeks before stating a confirmation of the date that I was saying. (im not wrong, i proved it). I sent him the proof. And he flaked, rather than keep his word! Or even call me. He did not even answer the phone that day! Its been a few weeks now, he has not sent an email. call, nothing. He doesnt care that he screwed me over at all! Buyer beware! I dont know how he got so many good reviews! no idea.

If I can give them a negative number I will. They are quick to take your money but when they mess up on your tax they refuse to pick up your calls and no one else who works there will help you. They messed up on my tax. I tried calling for a week and got fed up so I ended up just going in. No other person was willing to help get it fix for me. I had to wait until the guy who did my tax came in. They had to submit an 1040X to fix it 10 weeks later and it never got submitted and the same thing is going where no one there is willing to help. Now they are trying to say he doesn't work there, which is clearly a lie!!

Milton is just a good guy that offers insurance you can afford. I've been a customer of his for several cars and a few motorcycles and he always does great business. It's locally owned he has a small office right in the Carmichael area.

Finally a company (insurance) that is not trying to rip me off once I come down and visit the office. The staff here seem to be understanding to the fact that I DONT HAVE A MILLION DOLLARS FOR INSURANCE! He really worked with me on my down payment and allowed me to afford full coverage.
