So they trust me to check myself out and pay but they don't trust me enough to walk to the front of the store with an item that I had to wait till the two people in front of me got their locked up item walk to the front couldn't walk up the same item for all three of us to the front. We each had to wait while they walked one item at a time locked up the gate and then came back and unlocked it and walked the next item up. What a joke. I guess they'll just make it so unpleasant that will shop for everything online.

Beware of Jonathan. He will make you feel like a thief. He isn't very friendly and mentions how products just happen to walk out of the store while holding your product. As a consumer he's definitely not what I would want on my front end tending to my paying customers. I understand that theft is high but if someone is completing the transaction give them the product. Don't make them ask especially while you stand all smug. Def will just take the 3 min drive to a different Home Depot. Dude wanted the ink to dry on the paper before he handed it over. He should go for security or take training on transaction between PAYING customers. . Avoid that stiff transaction and find a friendly service agent with a smile. Great Black Friday prices tho.

One of the worst experiences at the Tool Rental Center. Young short brunette girl who works mornings, her attitude is very condescending from the beginning. First asked about trailer rental, when I asked about trailer sizes and if we could go look at them, she told me no even with multiple employees in the tool rental area.Next I did some shopping after and noticed my rental was for only four hours when I requested I a full day. Walked back in just to verify I need it for a full day, she looked at my as if I asked the most insane question and then looks at me with disgust as she explains it's only a reservation and doesn't matter and I should know that. Customer service does not appear to be a priority at all for her. I would avoid her at all costs and use any of the other employees.

This is one of the best Home Depot locations around. The employees are super knowledgeable and helpful and I am always able to find what I need and get in and out

Garbage customer service. Placed an online order and opted for curbside pick up. I checked in on the app and waited 10 minutes, with no employee coming out. I go inside and see 4 employees standing at customer service talking about their weekend plans.Their curbside pick up is useless. I am going to start using their designated curbside spots for regular parking.

Customer service suck. I wanted to buy a Milwaukee inflator pump. Everything is lock up. i was at the ails for about 20 minutes, and no worker walked by or ask if I need any help. I couldn't find any workers near by. So I went up to asked a cashier that I need help on getting a Milwaukee tool. She told me she'll call someone to help me. She doesn't have a key. I waited for about 20 minutes. No one showed up. I asked again a worker walked by. He said the same thing. 10 minutes later no one show up to help me. I guess those tools are only for show, not for sale. I end up walk out and not buying it. This will be my last time going there. This place very BAD customer service. I Came home and ordered it through Amazon. PS to the Managers at Home Depot on Truxel. Keeps eyes on your employees. They don't do shit on the floor.

I've been to Home Depot plenty of times, but happened to stop by this because I was around the area. When I walked in, I was greeted by a gardener specialist named Kelly, she was absolutely warming, friendly, knowledgeable, and provided A1 customer service. She was able to help me out in selecting products and provided helpful tips to me. Definitely the Employee-of-the-Month material. The other employees were friendly and helpful to me as well, and I know it can get swamped there. Good job, Home Depot at Truxel Rd!

I called and talked to a customer service rep who was very friendly and answered all my questions about having plywood cut because a worker at the Home Depot on florin said it's against company policy to cut prefinished plywood. I was assured that they would cut it at Truxel so I drove all the way there to find out they don't have prefinished birch and the saw is out of order. Trying to call other Home Depot's but no one in lumber is picking up. Yes I could just have it delivered but I am building in stages and don't have enough space to store. Buying 2'x4' isn't an option because I need 2'x8'. Very frustrating and waste of my time this morning

This is the Home Depot we end up visiting most often. While the plaza over here tends to be pretty busy, they also have a lot of parking available. We end up coming here a few times a month, and sometimes even multiple times in a week for various projects. I love browsing the plant area and we'll purchase some of our seasonal plants here when we find something interesting. They're dog friendly so we usually end up bringing our dog with us on these errands and he loves the attention he gets walking through the store and that he's not left at home. The aisles are pretty well marked if your looking for supplies and the staff is always helpful. You can also browse online. There are a bunch of great restaurants in the area, so if you're stopping for a project or odds and ends here try to plan it around a meal too. Koshi Ramen Bar, Ttobongee, Cheesesteaks and In n Out are our frequent stops before or after a Home Depot run.

The Home Depot in Natomas is in one of the oldest shopping centers in Natomas, together with Walmart and Regal Movie Theaters. The store itself is good. Most of the items are available in the store. The store is clean and well organized. The only thing I don't enjoy going to this store unless I have no choice is the location of the shopping center. This is one of the worst shopping center layouts in the Sacramento area. The entrance of the shopping center is a mess, and the Home Depot is the last store deeply in the mall. It takes a long time to get in and out of the store sometimes!

This is a big box retail store that has a large selection of stuff for you to choose from. If only they could franchise this concept & build other stores like this one. They could hire people & make $

The door department is the worst. Three times here after placing an order and told to come back each time to see the associate who is never there.
