I wish I had zero star option for this place. I went there today to do my WIC shopping at 8:05 am. It says they are open Monday-Fri 8:00-7:00 , but I waited until 8:30 in outside no one opened the door. There was a lady inside she saw me but she didn’t care.It was cold and raining outside . Zero customer service at this place.

Worst store ever! They are never open on time. It’s 8:45 am right now and the store is closed. They never open on time and they always close early.The store is supposed to open at 8.

This location sucks and needs to be shut down. Twice in one week that I show up and their doors are closed. For no reason at all. Hours are from 9-7. The employees don't care and are rude.

Terrible customer service; especially by the (unmasked) manager herself; Tyana. It's unfortunate that she holds the title of "manager" but doesn't possess the skills to support it. The regular employees seems to know more and have a better understanding of the register and computer system. Tyana seems to blame corporate or their system being down very often; and unable to provide a simple service. I have been going here for the ease of curbside service for quite long time; but lately it hasn't been a breeze. Also, her bagging skills and produce selection will leave you with cracked eggs, smashed bread, moldy onions, smashed and liquid leaking bananas, outdated salad bags, etc... All of this I was able to tolerate for some time; until today... I placed an online order for curbside pickup. I then called because their app ordering system still lacks items they do have in store but doesn't reflect on the system; so asked to add an item to the order, and also to let them know I will be picking up at a later time. That would have been an excellent time for a responsible manager to let a loyal customer know of the construction going on in their parking lot! All entrances were blocked off and they were pouring new asphalt and painting parking space lines. So, evidently curbside service is unavailable! Being pregnant, and having kids with me made this extremely difficult. But proceeded to park at a nearby business and forced to walk a couple blocks. Upon getting there to the store, my order is there but is reflecting a different price balance than it indicated on the online order. Their in-store prices are higher (double) and not updated. She then was unable to complete the order; having me constantly swipe my card (with pin) several times; (at least 7/8 times) and then ended with: " I'm gonna have to call corporate" would you like to wait?" At this point I have already been standing there for 45 mins waiting for her to process the order; ummm no! I don't want to keep waiting for you on an order that should have been ready for pick up an hour ago! Lol and when I mentioned: "maybe these computer issues and online ordering issues should be addressed...?" She rudely responds back, denying any responsibility. Not once during this long duration of time, did she say "sorry for the inconvenience." As having been a manager myself in the past; I would have handled all in a more professional and courteous manner... what a waste of precious time, on a Saturday, with my children. It's very unfortunate, but I will be taking my business elsewhere...
