I had no idea this place existed until I started working from home and had to mail several packages a day. The woman that works there, and I am so sorry I cannot remember her name, is one of the kindest and most professional people that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. This Annex is within 1/2 mile of my home and has been an absolute Godsend!OMG. I just read a post from a Luna Rose! What a racist, Entitled woman! I do business with this Annex almost every day. I primarily just drop off packages to be mailed so they really don't make any money from me. Yet, they are the kindest and most professional people that I have worked with in years! I don't mind telling you that I am a caucasian woman and this "indian" woman, as you so racially described her, is one of the kindest and most respectful women I have ever met! Shame on you Luna Rose

Love this Place. It saves me a lot of time. I sometimes have 5 different packages with FedEx, UPS & USPS labels on them. I can just drop them all in one place. No need to drive around from one place to another. Makes my business easier. Lady is always nice, even when I bring her heavy 40lb ?.

If you need any fingerprints/live scan completed quickly and inexpensively, then go to the Postal Annex in Rancho Cordova. It's the cheapest place to get this done in all of Rancho Cordova, and probably Sacramento. It's in a safe and clean area, and the to people who work here actually own that Postal Annex, so when you do business with them, you're helping out a small business. :) They do SO much; such as, live scan/fingerprints, make keys, have boxes and materials to buy for moving/or mailing things out, passport photos, notary, and I'm sure even more. Please go and see them. Just call in advance to verify that the kind and helpful lady is working there because I think she's the only one who does the livescan/fingerprinting, AND you can book appointments for a livescan/fingerprinting as well if I am not mistaken.

Everytime I have used this place when ever I need to fax something or make copies I have gotten the best service and the price is so much more reasonable than other places. The lady is so nice.

The couple who runs this place are really the sweetest people you will meet. They are very helpful and are really in the business to help you with whatever you may need. We used this place to do a live scan and I called back to ask for help and she offered to call the DOJ if we didn’t get our issue resolved. She was very sweet and even answered the phone off hours.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize how great of a service I received from Noney, the owner of the location. I was trying to send some medications to Nepal, and she went above and beyond with her service. She spent close to an hour reviewing all the available options and helped me choose the most cost-effective option. Knowing that it was medication for my mother, she asked me to let her know when it arrived. Thank you, Noney! I am genuinely thankful to have found such a great place and will make sure I go there for all of my future shipping needs.

I came in just with the item I had to ship and an email with the label. The owner was at the counter and made everything so easy!! I got lucky there was no one else inside so she helped me right away. I was able to email her the PDF, she printed it and chose a box and packing materials for me. I'll definitely be coming here again for my shipping needs, thank you!!!
