PlayMakers Elite has been my place of therapy and is also my family.Coach Mike has been an amazing mentor in my coaching journey and through life, overcoming obstacles and mental health challenges.Playmakers is a safe space for us all. I have seen so many people from different demographics be transformed.I would highly recommend! The best Trainer and athletic coach in Sac!

PME is a great training facility for sports and personal performance. My boys train here and their results are evident. Mike works with all ages and his program develops all levels from youth, to pro, to adult fitness.

Coach Mike is very thorough with his training for people of all ages. My son enjoys his weekly sessions, and appreciates the feedback he receives! The environment is very friendly and welcoming, you're always presented with new challenges to help achieve your fitness goals. This is my son's first year with Coach Mike, and honestly now we wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you Coach for all you do!

Playmakers Elite is a place where you will be pushed to your limits! You have no option but to excel here in any sport you play. The environment is family orientated and full of dedicated individuals. Mr Johnson is the best trainer and most down to earth person. It is by far the best gym I have trained at. Started my Son Jaylan training with Mike Johnson at Playmakers Elite this school year right after football season ended and I’ve been thoroughly impressed. My Son is an accomplished football and track athlete as well as a gym rat not afraid of working hard and Mike challenges him and pushes him out of his comfort zone which is great. Fully equipped gym with ample room for doing speed and agility drills as well as strength training. Mike pushes the kids in a good way and is passionate about his craft of helping athletes be the best versions of themselves. There has been times during weekend trainings that NFL athletes are present and Mike has a great roster of accomplished NFL and D1 football players he has trained along with some great high school talent. I highly recommend Mike Johnson and Playmakers Elite to get you or your child to the next level.

I would highly recommend Playmakers Elite to train athletes of all shapes and sizes. Coach Mike creates specialized plans for all goals and needs. He demands 100% effort from his clients and won't allow them to quit on themselves. Stretch class, beach workouts, and functional training are all part of the menu to help shock the body and to keep the kids/adults motivated. I can emphatically recommend Playmakers Elite because of the changes I have seen in my son's work ethic and body transformation.

Words will never be enough to explain how amazing Mike is and all of the people at Playmakers Elite. Not only does he help you reach your goals physically, more importantly he helps make sure everyone has the right mentality. He gives back to the Sacramento community and is a local hero for people of all ages. Mike gave me the push I needed in my collegiate career to get me to the next level. My son (Biggie) has been training with coach Mike for almost 3years and the works speaks for itself Playmakers Elite is and will always be family. My son is a totally different player/kid teaching discipline and consistency and holding kids accountable for there actions the famous words of mike “didn’t make it got another one” is the kids worst thing to hear or “we outside” but the motivation in the gym is unmatched and the vibe is always welcoming we appreciate you coach and all you do for the kids and the community.

Great facility! Great coach! Good vibes in the gym! Community outreach!My 4 kids and I are pretty new to Playmakers Elite, but in the short time training with Coach Mike, my kid's athletic performance in football and wrestling already improved. Love the positive vibe throughout the gym and tailored workouts.Coach Mike's Sunday morning football school has been a blast for my boys.The community outreach is amazing. The events, like Sac State football games, have been so much fun and inspiring for the kids. Serving the homeless service project is really cool, too. It's awesome what Playmakers Elite/Coach Mike does to develop the youth ( and adults) in the Sacramento area. Such a blessing.Highly recommend Playmakers Elite and Coach Mike. 5 stars!!!
