They took my car in and I was expecting it to be 5 days. I got it back the next day looking just beautiful. Camy was so easy to work with. They estimated more than it actually cost so I got a great deal as well. I would give 10 stars if I could.Service: Body & Trim

I only wish I didn't have to do any stars. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Avoid doing any business with this place. A week before I moved out of ********** my wife was involved in an accident with our 4Runner. I know of Platinum from dealership i worked at. They did all body work on used ********* was pretty good. **** to get an estimate to wish I agreed to. I gave them a $1,500.00 good faith gesture. I got no communication from anyone. I had to start calling & finally got **** to return phone call. Nothing but excuses is all OI got from him. Well, after 10 MONTHS I got my vehicle back. Mind you, all they did was r/f fender, both right doors & the rocker panel & pull the floor a little bit. I got it back to have no running board replace, both door handles not painted when they painted both doors, no center cap on for my r/f wheel,, my remote broken & stuck in ash tray & many other things. I wanted to wait til I got it out here in ******** where i moved to before paying rest of the money. They kept bothering my ex boss to point where he called mad at me. Then, they tried contacted the transport company to get them to return truck back to **********. I got a call from transport company telling me this. I paid them b/4 truck was here to get them off my ex boss. much to my surprise I was charged a $140 \

Not only did my tailgate and rear bumper replacement take 4 months, their communication and workmanship were not even 1 star worthy. I had to chase them up to get any progress and then finally when it was done I get a "cars good" messsge and that's it. When I arrive they rush me to sign an agreement and hand me the keys and that's it. Checking the car, the stereo system is broken (no idea how they did that!) the rear bumper is clearly not fitted right. The holes for the parking sensors look like they were cut by a child and the sensors regularly fall out inside the bumper causing the sensors to go crazy until I have to pull over and fish out the sensors and put them back in place. I've tried to reach them to correct the problem but I'm not getting anywhere, I don't want them to take the car back as it'll be another 6 months and probably even more damage caused. Avoid this terrible shop, slow, poor work and over priced.

The staff at a platinum is amazing. I dealt withKyle, Cammy ( not sure if that’s the correct spelling), Chuck and Hannah. Platinum had my car for 4 mos because there were delays that weren’t Platinums fault. To compensate me they fixed another smush on my car at no additional charge? I love Platinum and will only ever use their services for my Autobody needs! Thank you Platinum, you rock!!!!Service: Body & Trim

Fast, efficient, and professional! Walked in and asked for an estimate. Kyle came out, greeted me, and got straight to business. Collecting the information and getting the estimate (free) was probably about a 7 minute ordeal from start to finish (nice job Kyle). I was there for about 20 minutes total because Kyle was kind and personable enough to tolerate an old man (me) just running my mouth!

I took my truck in for a descent sized dent and paint repair to my trucks rear fender and bumper. Not only did they repair the damage, they repaired some minor paint chips and replaced a few plastic moulding items around my truck on their own without charging me. Kyle checked in with me during the process to keep me apprised of the status and finished my repair ahead of time. Phenomenal customer service and work from Kyle and his crew. I highly recommend this business.
