Small selection of overpriced cat food and the staff is extremely rude and would rather converse about nonsense and bullshit. Really is an extremely poor pet food store. Pretty sad cause it's the closest one.

Great store in a great location. Selection is superb, and the carry higher quality foods like Hill's diet. I go there for the VIP pet clinics frequently (thanks Dr swift!) and to get dog treats when we are nearby. Recommended.

Had a very bad experience in the fair oaks store. I have been shopping there for years and have always had helpful and nice staff. Unfortunately that wasn't the case, exchange some food " because it was causing stomach upset for my dog " the cashier was extremely rude after showing her she was wrong things got worse,I will be thinking about shopping else were in the future.
