Granted it was 2:00 on a Sunday afternoon but the place was dead and that's including the dude "sleeping" in the parking I altered my driving skills for! Tiny lobby with 2 employees and a "Visiter" I was told that maybe in an hour and a half I could come back and maybe somebody would be there to do an oil change! There wasn't anybody there doing work! Blah! I went down the street and had it done in 30 minutes! *This is the Sacramento/ Arden store!

Came in for sit in one tire. Shop doesn't close till 7 super rainy and I have a child in the car. 1 star for no compassion no service and safety hazard

I stopped at this location while I was out, and now it’s the only one I will visit. Anthony was so professional and knowledgeable. I had questions about my cars upcoming maintenance as I’m about to hit 200,000 miles. I also needed an inspection. I felt really confident with the information I left with and I will be going out of my way to visit this location

If I could give this place a zero, I would. They are so extremely rude and don't know anything they're doing. I had my car towed here because of a flat tire and they weren't willing to get it fixed. Had to have it towed to a different mechanic who was much better

Everyone in that shop at this location in Arden was incredibly kind and made me feel like a part of their family. I felt safe, heard, and understood. They are very well trained and knowledgeable. 10/10 would come back.

Aweful, terrible place and staff. Told the worker I'm driving to TX and to check my breaks, as I got to AZ I had pads metal to metal and had had to change them myself. Why pay for a service you are not receiving worst place to ever take your car.YouTube and doing it yourself is safer than taking your vehicle here

If you need a smog check, don’t waste your time. My wife and I made a Saturday appointment online, and when we arrived, the technicians informed us they had no smog technician on staff. They hadn’t had one for over a year. The employees on staff said they informed their corporate office over a year before, and updating the Pep Boys system was on their “to do list.” While the employee was nice enough, the experience certainly speaks to the lack of care and professionalism of the Pep Boys corporation.

Well, I didn’t expect to find out why most of the bays are empty. I asked for an estimate and they were obviously marking up the prices on parts so much and charging a ridiculous price on labor that it’s better to shop around for better prices.Furthermore, they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my vehicle.The obvious repairs can be done by any level of technicians, but for what they charge, I’m expecting accurate results, no excuses.This is price gouging and just out of control. The automotive industry needs to step in and start regulating car repair shops. Unlike the past when mechanics had to inspect cars to figure out what was wrong, today’s mechanics still have the same tools but a computer diagnosis tells them exactly what is the problem.Which means that modern cars are easier to repair and should be more affordable to repair.No need to discuss.Way overpriced in repairs and parts.Thanks to YouTube, one can see exactly how something gets fixed and how long it takes a professional to repair the problem.With the current per hour charge that has doubled in price is one thing, but when charging longer than the job actually takes is wrong.There are repair shops that are honest about the time that it actually takes. Those are the shops that provide honest repair services and have experienced mechanics.

This is where I regularly get my oil changes performed, and like usual they did not disappoint. Though they always seem to be quite busy, they never have any problem taking the time to kindly answer any questions i have and when needed, explain anything extra that i may not understand. In my experience, both their work and customer service consistently go above and beyond. Thank you Arden PepBoys! :)

My husband and i went here to get our air conditioning fixed and in the process Of it the mechanic disconnected our transmission line. (Mind you we spent 1k to fix the AC) As we went to drive it the next day the truck started jerking and leaking oil/fluid. we took it back to pep boys and let them know what had happened. The supervisor Brian confirmed that the mechanic disconnected the transmission line but since they were closed he would look into it further the next day and since it was their error they would fix it free of charge. The manager calls us the following day to then tell us they cannot fix it because of the extensive damage that is beyond their repair. Brian refused to help us and was extremely unprofessional. Mumbling under his breath as he walked away. After demanding he give me the information to HR or customer service he refused to give me any information and proceeded to use profanity and tell my husband and i to leave. We have no choice but to sue the company for causing us more repair and damage on our truck that was caused by their mechanic. THEY ARE GOING TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSED.

I normally go to a small business for car repairs. However I was not able to get into the normal shop that I go to. So I came in and Big C was friendly, informative and not trying to sell me on lots of other things. He had one of his guys get working right away on my brake and rotor replacement. I was completely satisfied with my service and most likely will drive the 40 minutes it is to this location to have my tires replaced here in the next few weeks. Thank you very much for being wonderful!

Cesar was accommodating. He Followed up with me and the mechanic servicing my car, to make sure both sides were on the same page. I had only made an appointment for Coolant update but asked him if there was time to do oil change. He and his crew had no problems doing that along with a few checks on my water gauge, windshield fluid, etc. I was very impressed with his professionalism.
