Definitely avoid. Overcharged me by a dollar and then they said, "Oh the prices on the menu are old." No apology. Then the other woman says, "it's only a dollar anyways."

I bought a Mocha frappe for $7.48. When the total was over $10 I asked what the extra was for, wondering if there was an airport tax. The cashier said it was for the chocolate sauce. I was confused & explained I didn't order extra chocolate sauce. He explained that the price on the board was just for the "base". I've never heard of anyone doing that. I asked the manager, thinking she would correct his mistake. She backed him up, surprisingly.Once I asked why they only show the partial price for an item, she offered me a refund. I didn't accept it. I explained that it's not about me getting a free drink I didn't need. It was about the principal. She was cool but seemed like her hands were tied on this dumb policy. I asked who else I could talk to. She took my number but I never heard from anyone.

2nd in line. Register guy proceeds to heat muffing for previous customer which is 30 seconds and stands by the oven, completely ignoring me when he could have managed my order in a few seconds.I asked for nonfat milk and told, at 10:00 am that they are out. I asked why at 10 am and the reply was that it is so popular but they never order enough. Now why, as a purchasing processor, would you not order more non fat if it is your highest in demand? I was told they order more 2% and whole. What part of this formula doesn't make sense?And then, as the only person waiting for my very simple drink, I have actually ask for what the status is after a couple of minutes as I see the batista making someone else's drink.I did not tip because it is evident that service is an issue here. I couldn't get a hello or good morning from the pastry/register guy as he was standing next to the oven.Management, if you are at all reading this, do a better job to represent your brand. No wonder there is a line at Starbucks instead of Peet's.

Straight trash. Ordered 3 sausage sandwiches, none of them came with sausage. How do you even mess this up, I thought they were prepackaged.

I was just in on a crazy layover and Makiah was the epitome of good customer service. So friendly with all of her customers and really took the time to greet everyone as they came in and was helping her coworker with drinks while also working register. Even saw her cleaning the store front on her break. she needs a raise

Yeah, I typically enjoy Peet's, but this airport location at Sacramento in Terminal B has a bit to be desired. My last couple trips back to Las Vegas, I've stopped in during the early evening. I sit down to enjoy my overpriced coffee, to be told that I have to move on because they're closing the lobby seating? Really? No one else is here in the lobby. You're standing there behind the counter like you were 10 minutes ago, what's the issue? Just seems to me they're not keen on you having a place to sit down and enjoy your coffee while you wait for your flight.

Ran out of coffee and hot water, but didn’t tell anyone in the 30-minute line, so people kept getting to the line and walking away and no one knew why. When asked why they didn’t mention anything or put up a sign, the staff only said that there were other places that sold coffee, like the juice bar.

Went to Peet’s for breakfast and got the Sausage/Egg Sandwich and an OJ which hit the stomach just right. The pace was perfect for one person working behind the counter.

A long term customer of Peet's but TODAY 11/28/23 I went to purchase a mocha was told they were out, then asked for a scone and was told the microwave didn't work, then couldn't use my Peet's app with funds. Three strikes your out! Disappointing!

For an airport breakfast, Peet's came through! The coffee was hot and fresh. The breakfast bagel sandwich wasn't the greatest ever, but it was hot and filling. The service was quick and the prices were reasonable!

I have an early flight and am so happy to see that Peet’s Coffee is open at 4am! The coffee is good and strong. I ordered a regular drip coffee and requested 1/2 regular and 1/2 decaf. The girl working there was happy to oblige. After she handed me my coffee, she pointed out the half and half to add to my cup. Great customer service!

Arrived at 7 pm. Airport almost empty.A 12 hr trip ahead. Me” got any hot coffee?” Peet’s “ if you want regular coffee” me “ ok” “ Peet’s “ that’s 3.40 n change” me, paying. “ awww it’s cold, can you microwave it” Peet’s shrugging, “ we can’t”. If it was me, I would have said, “ it’s probably cold by now- here, have one on us,” since you were about to dump it out anyhow.

These poor staff need help! Two people working as fast as they can during peak travel times doing everything they can to keep up. Awesome staff members staying cool during the stress. Shame on management for being greedy and not hiring enough staff.
