Pedicure is 5 star!! Seriously, they took us right away and did one of the best pedicures...until I got an infection! The dips...are terrible. Maybe the language barrier can account for the fact she put layers of clear dip on my nails the covered it with gel polish. But there's no excuse for the shape...she never did it...some nails are thick, some are flat, one doesn't even have any dip! In all fairness, I did tell them if I have to pay for it-I'll be posting it. Susan and Jeri were skilled, very nice, and even apologetic but unfortunately I would avoid the shop entirely. The massage chairs are good tho.

Went in for a pedicure, nail tech cut my cuticle so deep that my toe is now infected. I would not recommend.

First time coming and my last had my feet done. The guy was nice but he accidentally cut my toe and then had Rose to do my hand and she cut my finger told me it was OK and it's a gauge on my finger. It was bleeding and the work looked horrible. I wouldn't recommend her to any of my family or friends. After Rose got paid with a big tip and I Paid $140. Inclouding the tip. When I showed her my finger was bleeding after she drilled into my skin with her nail drill. Rose did not say sorry or felt any remorse. She turned her head and walked away and said it would be ok with a attitude. If you feel that this big cut is no big deal, go elsewhere and do nails or go back to school and learn to do nails properly, horrible job and I felt I was in the torture shop. The work look like a beginner work. I asked her if she's been doing nails for a long time and can she have my nails to look as good as hers. Her reply was don't worry don't worry, I wouldn't recommend anyone to experience what I endured. Torture and bad results and not happy with the work. Horrible experience :(

I called in yesterday before going in, the guy I spoke with over the phone said they offered soak offs and if I could come in within the next 30/40 mins, when I arrived the lady that greets me asks me to sit and wait for another employee until she was finished with a pedicure she was doing so I waited… once she was finished with the pedicure on another clients the lady who greeted me when I walked in asked me to move seats and to wait for someone else to finish off when another client which at that point I had wait already over 15 mins, the lady I waited for wanted to work on another person that had walked in after me instead of helping me out since the next client was doing more services than I was… they started speaking to each other in another language after I told her I’ve waited and called in before had they seemed upset and instead of an actual soak off she started to drill my nails off after I specifically asked for a soak off and to top it all off I still have acrylic on my nails. Horrible experience, won’t ever be back here again it’s every obvious they care more about money instead of actually taking care of clients in order and doing what people are asking/paying for. Very unprofessional… THEY DO NOT DO SOAK OFFS, THEY DRILL OFF which damages natural nails

I love the gel mani-pedi I got here! The ladies were friendly, but they pressed too hard with their tools in a couple of spots. I left feeling some soreness. Cash only or you'll have to withdraw from the ATM.

I came in to Pearl Image Nails on a whim, on a Saturday morning. No appointment, just a desire for cleaned up hands! I walked in and everyone was very busy, but they someone asked if I had an appointment, no - wondering if they had a slot for walk-ins. One person said their appointment might not show up so to wait a few minutes to be sure then they'd get me in. The appointment showed up, dangit for me but it's a good sign that the patrons show back up! So he asked someone else about their schedule and said they could get me in if I waited about 15-20 mins. I said that's great! I swear it was only 10 minutes later and she had me in a chair ready for my mani! She worked meticulous and fast. Everything looked very clean and the interior smelled wonderful. I'm so glad this was a positive experience, I'll be back for sure.

I'm disappointed with my nails. I paid $55 in total for mani-pedi. It looks uneven and untidy. The staff were nice so there's that. But I'm not sure if it's worth it to comeback.

Rose is great! Fast, talented, and reliable, pedicures are great too. Everyone is always very welcoming, I usually go on weekday mornings since I work late frequently. Haven't had any issue getting in with someone else somewhat last minute if needed either
