To Paul and your son,
I’m really can’t find the words to say Thankyou for taking on my project. I came to you with a referral and my grandfather’s watch I wanted to bring back to life. It’s over 50 years old we think, it was worn, broken, the movement rusted and crystal broken from years of hard use and put away wet literally. This was its final nail in the case and the rust proved it. I still do not know how you found a new old stock case in Switzerland from the original manufacturer of this LeJour Top Gun. I just want to say thank you. This watch means more to me than you will ever know. It brings back a part of my grandfather that was lost to time and age. To see this watch run and still look new but retain all the old stuff that makes it cool is unbelievable. Thank you again. I can’t wait to continue to do business together for hear on out. If you are looking for an honest amazing craftsman you have found him here. They also serviced my other watches too.

Went in to get a watch battery for my Sieko watch...the nice gentleman who owns the shop told me it doesn't need a battery...the movement inside was stuck...something common on a Seiko...he freed the movement and it works perfect...no charge! I bought an 1883 silver pocket watch for a great price...it works beautifully...I highly recommend this small business...

We are so lucky to have this shop in our neighborhood. The owner-operators have such a wealth of knowledge; there is nothing they can't fix. They work hard, and take care of you no matter what price point you are shopping for. Most importantly, they are honest and have integrity and always do right by their customers.
I'm never going to go anywhere else for my watch shopping needs.

I initially had a great impression after speaking with Raimond over the phone and was enthusiastic enough to make a 700 km trip to purchase the watch. I specifically requested to make a deposit to reserve the watch and transferred the amount within two minutes of receiving the payment details. However, an hour later, I was informed that the watch had already been sold. Although I received a refund, the situation was frustrating and left me questioning whether the watch ever truly existed. Raimond apologized, stating that another customer had paid first, but the entire situation felt unclear and somewhat questionable.

This is the best watch shop I have ever been too. The staff is very nice and he added links and changed the battery to my watch fast and had great customer service. I highly recommend and I would definitely go back to this business.
