Tiffany took our call and was friendly and helpful. We had been stuck on the highway for hours and other services said they were coming and didn't bother to show! Joe showed up immediately and was so quick and smooth when loading our vehicle. He was friendly and helpful, which was just just what we needed after being stuck for hours. The first autoshop couldn't fix us, so we called again. Joe arrived at the agreed on time and again loaded our vehicle professionally and quickly and got us to our next stop. He tried to troubleshoot and told us about the area. I absolutely recommend Parrens towing!Service: Car towing

After deciding it was a good idea to drive around during a flood warning, I was was caught stranded in the middle of florin rd after driving through a flooded street. Spent 4+ hours on the phone calling multiple tow companies, all with 3 to 4 hour wait times and costing no less than 350. I was about to call it quits and get a lyft and figure out my car situation the next day, when I decided to give one last call to one more towing company and boy was I happy. Not only did they answer promptly but were able to get me a quote and eta for less than an hour with only costing me 260. I think I found my towing company for any future problems.

Tiffany was a huge help!I was calling around on a Saturday to get an estimate for a tow from natomas to Vacaville on Monday. Not only was Tiffany the nicest representative out of the 10+ other towing company I had called from Sacramento through Vacaville, the estimate was $190! Compared to the next lowest of $320 and the highest at $690 for the same exact service.Save yourself the time, money, and headache dealing with other towing representatives (had one bjtch hang up on me because I was asking for a quote)Note: Will update Monday after the actual towing service.Update: Still standing by my 5* review. The driver Joe was a really cool guy to talk to on the ride, we stayed in the slow lane the whole time for safety and laughed at other people speeding into traffic ahead. Will be calling Parren's towing whenever I need another tow from now on =DKeep up the good work guys! Your all amazing!

With 5 adults and 5 vehicles in the house we have needed tows more than we would like. We always call Parren towing! They have helped, jump batteries, tow our broken down vehicles and tow our mangled trailer home after an accident on the river road. They are fast and affordable. I locked my keys in my second vehicle running and had to leave for work in my other vehicle they were able to get to my vehicle within 15 minutes of me calling them unlock the door and give my keys to my neighbor I am thankful for their quick service
