Park Place is not a safe place to live. Multiple residents have told me someone came into their apartments and stole things from them. I know for a fact that these residents who are saying this are clear thinking, healthy and are known to be completely truthful. The locks, doors and windows were the same so all this points to someone with a key to these apartments. Hmmm

They advertise this place as a Senior Retirement Community. Only, because seniors move here to die. There's no community here. The cold-hearted staff bullies its residents. Making them feel like they have no voice or power, to stand up for themselves. The staff acts as if, they are doing us a big favor. They do the absolute bare minimum for its tenants. The laundry room isn't even ADA compliant. There aren't any front-loading washers. They make us buy the food program as a condition to live here. $278 of unhealthy, cheap, fare that isn't fit for senior consumption. This place has no transparency. Which, means they can't be trusted. They don't care about the seniors that live here. They only care about their bottom-line. The property is old, and needs modernization. I wish there was a Govt. Agency that could check this toxic building for environmental hazards, and see if it's safe for the residents to live here. Many of the seniors seem to be getting Cancer. But, then who really cares about poor seniors in Sacramento?

It's not all that it pretend to be. I warn you. They charge us senior citizens $278 for ONE MEAL & THEY DO NOT MAKE SURE THE FOOD ISN'T PREPARED FOR "HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE CLIENTS AT ALL NOR CALORIE COUNTING. They do give US a full course MEAL. THEY DON'Thave a variety of different types of meals. Also they give Us a hour to between 1 p.m to 2 p.mTo call an place a order, but we can't pick It up, because "THE CHEF DON'T WANT TO MAKE IT." I CHECKED WITH HUD AND FOUND OUT THAT IT THEM THAT'S RUNNING THE PLACE.BECAUSE UNDER "HUD" DON'T HAVE THEM KIND IMPLEMENTS.That's the Chef ?? being SLEAZY......HE SAID IT SLOWS HIM UP..

I'm told the food is horrible , I'm also told within the last few months people have died due to.the unclean cooks n quite possible angry cook staff , I'm told diarrhea, dehydration and other dangerous food concerns have caused panic with residents, I'd also like to know why reside ts are.forced.to pay a feel even if they chose.to.eat elseware,. It saddens me if these things arent true why people.would have such complaints, I was thinking about letting my mom move their ,but id like to know has their been food illness their and if.not has their been accusation and or investigation reguarding your food.service. please responed ,I do not want to call you or speak with you,. I'd like a public responce for.clarity plz.

recently sprayed rooms for bedbugs and coch roaches seems like they should be on monthly service with people cooking in their rooms garbage pets in many rooms and more concerns
