I completely recommend them for all your tax needs. My wife and I were desperate to find an honest, reliable, and qualified tax preparer. We came across the company on Yelp. Normally we find our restaurants this way. And it did not fail to help us find Paramount. We were absolutely pleased with their service. Faith and Irman were a joy to work with. And they didn't make promises or guarantees of a huge tax refund but took the time to explain everything to me and I was very pleased even though I owed. After two different CPAs (with two other companies) failed me in properly listening to my concerns and accurately executing my business and personal tax documents, I stumbled across Paramount Tax Relief. Immediately, I was able to conclude that Faith is brilliant at understanding taxes. She fully vetted my potential write offs and then methodically walked through my business expenditures, meticulously ensuring that accuracy was paramount to ensure the best possible product in the end. Both her and her assistant Imran were in contact with me throughout the process to ask me additional clarifying questions and update me of the status. It goes without saying that Paramount Tax Relief has secured me as a customer for life.

They attempted to charge me $700. I am married and have no children. When I confronted them, they quickly gave my deposit back.. Don't patronize. Whatever they say, the bottom line is that you're charging twice the regular cost for tax services. I called the IRS, and they gave me the code that would be if they did not return the documents. The agent agreed. ONCE MORE, THEY ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE ME $700. I HAVE SINCED ENGAGED ANOTHER TAX SERVICE AND WILL BE CHARGED $275. THIS SERVICE IS A RIP-OFF.

Faith and Imran are absolutely the best people to work with if you want your taxes done. They go ABOVE and BEYOND what they are supposed to do. They take time with you and don't rush or push you into anything that you don't want to do. They are real, genuine people and if you want your taxes done right, this is where you need to go. I am happy that I chose Paramount Tax Relief. They have amazing customer service, they listen to my questions and provided information that H&R or Turbo Tax could not. I'm happy that was able to get in before the rush of tax season. I have a long journey ahead but I feel like we're in good hands.
