Got a haircut here for the first time. I won't mention the stylist name because I am not trying to ruin her business, but the prices are a little ridiculous. The website said $65 for basic wash and style. So why did I get charged $75?!. My hair is not that long and thick and I didn't ask for anything crazy. So I feel like this is a bit much for a basic cut. Other places I've been to that charge less even give you a nice massage, some drinks, etc but this cut literally took 30min with the wash and style. Including tip I paid $95

Okay Francie who is also the owner of Papillon Salon is amazing! She's a true artist! That's what counts. She cut my hair exactly the way I wanted exactly like the picture I showed which in my experience is hard to find a hair stylist who can do that! I am thrilled to find her! Very professional but also very warm and welcoming! Clean beautiful salon and in a great location not far from midtown or the freeway! I cannot wait to return!

I've been a loyal customer at this salon for a decade, starting from my high school days. Both Monica and Francie are phenomenal. Francie goes above and beyond during my long bleach sessions, even bringing me food! She's an extension expert, and I've been an extension client for three years now. Thanks to her, I feel more confident than ever, and she always ensures my natural hair stays healthy. She accommodates all my needs during appointments and is incredibly personable. She's not just a hairdresser; she's my therapist who I visit every 10 weeks LOL.

Came here to see my usual hairstylist Aimee and she made my hair gorgeous as always ! Place is clean and causal atmosphere. Aimee always offer me a beverage of my choice and gets my hair done in 2 hours for color and cut! She styles my hair wonderfully! She is amazing

I dont know how this salon gets 5 stars. I absolutely hate my hair cut. My hair now has layers frm top and at the bottom instead of a V its a long thin tail of hair..While styling my hair was pulled so hard and roughly that I got a headache. $110 wasted.Now I need someone to fix this horrible cut.

I haven’t cut my hair in a year and finally wanted a refresh. I was very nervous about finding a good place that was close to me but I went here and had an amazing experience! They took me in last minute the day before thanksgiving and were so kind! I had Monica and she was the best! She was very sweet and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it! I got a trim with face framing layers and it was perfect. Definitely would recommend coming here!

I hadn't been to a salon but I wanted to start getting my hair professionally dyed to see what color hair I would like for my wedding. I asked for a more golden brown balayage but the color came out orange. I didn't want to go copper and that's what I had told my stylist Monica not to do. The balayage was well blended but the color was not right and she did not say anything about it or acknowledge how orange it was. I wouldn't go back again.

I'm very picky and I have really thick, long hair. I've kept it at just a straight cut for seven years and I finally decided it was time for change. I took a chance with this salon and it turned out to be an amazing experience! I had Monica and she was so kind with helping me find exactly what style would work best for me. I ended up going with layers and curtain bangs and it was the best decision ever! Thank you Papillon!

LOVE IT!!Absolutely amazing. I came in for a balayage and got a color correction and I am so happy. Monica did a great job and took her time to figure out what I wanted, I wasn't even sure what would be possible with my hair but she took time and talked me through the process the whole way through. I am absolutely so happy with my hair I couldn't of asked for a better hair dresser and I am so picky as well. Monica was great I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back. Here are some before and after pictures and just pics of the process, my pictures are kinda mixed up but I labeled them. Thanks again Monica I am so pleased

I haven't found my favorite hair place in this area yet and I've lived here for over a year... until now. I called on a whim on Sunday morning and they had a cancellation and asked me if I wanted to come in that afternoon. YES! Whenever I make a hair decision it's the most important thing in the world until it happens and I have to fight the urge to cut my own bangs. So yes please take me today! I was so thankful for Christine to take me in and let alone giving me exactly what I wanted. I had a cut a few months prior and I didn't have enough layers so I wasn't liking the way my hair was behaving - it's my own fault for wanting to try something new. Christine put in more layers and some face framing in about a half an hour. She is awesome but she told me she's moving! My heart sank. But she still took care of me because she gave me names of 4 other people who would know my weird hair so I'm definitely coming back here. Thank you Christine!

Conveniently located. Francie is the owner who has employed fantastic stylists, who are friendly, approachable, professional, skilled, and listen well to your descriptions and vision of your desired look. From the first time I met Francie, I knew this would be my forever salon. Every time I go for services, I feel like I'm at a friends home chatting with my girls. I am always offered something to drink and even food when I am hungry. This is truly a place to go for self-care.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon, thanks to Monica! She not only gave me a beautiful hair color, hairstyle, and haircut that suited my face and skin tone perfectly, but she was also incredibly personable and empathetic throughout the whole process. As someone who had never dyed my hair and usually just got trims at Great Clips, I was quite nervous about making any changes to my hair. However, Monica's friendly and reassuring demeanor quickly put me at ease. She took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences, and she gave me great advice on what would work best for me. The end result was fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with my new look! This is my 3rd time visiting her and she has worked with me to get my appointments in before big functions and events! Don't go to Papillon Salon unless you want to spend 7 hours straight and $500 for a balayage!!! I had monica do a balayage on me without letting me know the ridiculous price and that I would be there the entireee day. I was very upset when I left because I could have gone to another salon that would only spend maximum 3 hours on my hair and only charge me $200.
