Went today to pick up my online order. There was quite a line to get inside the store. Fortunate that I only had to show my ID, and the store associate handed me my purchase right away. The only thing but not a major issue was that the charms weren't shiny or sparkling at all. Had to polish them myself when I got home and prepped them for gifting.

Beautiful jewelry, not really that expensive; however, the ring that holds the charms connected to the necklace came un-cliped and the charm was lost. I spent $294 for 3 items and received cleaner and a small jewelry box for free on the purchase. I gave the small jewelry box valued at $55 to my daughter. The lost charm was worth $70. The ball shaped clasp on the necklace is difficult to open and the ring that Holds the charm is loose.I was returning the necklace and ring and cleaner but because I gave the small jewelry box to my daughter they wanted to charge me for the box. Probably not worth $15-$20.They told me they wouldn't sell it but damage it out. So instead of doing that and allowing me to keep the box for my trouble and loss of the charm. They want it all back to refund what the necklace and ring holder cost, so they will get the box back too just so I can recover what I can from a bad purchase.Poor customer service. ?

Christine was the best! I came in looking to a build a meaningful bracelet for a family friend and she was so knowledgeable of which pieces fit my needs and helped me build the perfect bracelet with charms. Thank you so much again Christine!

For as long as I remember I've always wanted a Pandora charm bracelet so today I decided to make it come true , Angel the sales associate was super friendly and kind and made my experience that much better , he was very patient as I took my time making a decision on the charm . This place is terrible. Do yourself a favor and go to Roseville. Manager here and staff are not professional and not customer friendly. They make things difficult for no reason. I had purchased my daughter a bracelet in Hawaii. Wanted to take advantage of a promo. Which I have to spend $130 to get the bracelet I just bought free. This pandora store did not want to honor it. Due to my daughter wearing it. Even though we would be keeping the same bracelet. So silly. Took advantage of deal anyway at a other store.

No customer service at all. Everyone working there appears to be upset and mad at everyone who enters the store. They don't acknowledge you and act as though you did something wrong when you ask questions. I literally placed my order online and paid, the representative handed me the box that housed my charms. I had to ask for a bag to even carry it out of the store. I'll never patronize that store in Arden again. Hopefully they all aren't like that. Horrible establishment as it is a reflection of its employees.

The worse feeling when you go into store to exchange a gift I got for Christmas that doesn’t fit me and you get the worse customer service, not even a let’s see what we can do for you, it’s just a straight up No! I Will not be spending my money there anymore!

My sister and I walked in the store looking to purchase a couple of charms. It wasn't busy for a Tuesday afternoon but we were not greeted nor offered any assistance. There was at least eight employees just standing around. So of course we left. We'll spend our money elsewhere.

Not helpful one bit. I showed proof of purchase, and my bank statement. My jewel fell out and they wouldn't help. First I had Christine the Assistant Manger and she barely knew what she was doing. And the STORE MANAGER JENN just stood there and offered no help. Pandora is NEVER GETTING MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN.

Was in here trying to buy several charms for some of the women in my family. The associates here CHOSE to keep walking past me without even acknowledging me. The associates ignored me when I waved them down and only made disgusted faces at me. Only time i was truly acknowledged as a customer was when they watched me leave out of frustration of not getting any help. Save your time and just go to an actual jewelry shop. 1 star only cause its required

I am extremely devastated. I have been buying pandora jewelry for years. I was gifted the Tiara Wishbone Ring a year ago. 2 weeks after receiving the ring it had a chip on it I went in asking if they could fix or exchange it because it was a gift. They said no, and they lady was not very nice about it. Now today my ring is completely bent and has a huge crack in it. It is completely unwearable. I called upset because i was hoping they would be able to fix or exchange my ring. The lady seemed bothered and said no. You would think that when a piece of jewelry that is gifted to you and something goes wrong the company/ employees would try and help in any way possible. Not pandora. The most hard pill to swallow is that it is my promise ring. PANDORA: please upgrade you're warranty and help you're customers who buy jewelry from you. It's not a shirt it's a piece of jewelry. You're pieces can get pricey ! Help you're customers who help support you're company
