Gary and Camille Lonigan have been preparing our taxes for many years. They're very nice. But two years ago, they had our tax docs but never called to set a time to sign. We called, left messages, nothing. We were so worried about them, we went to their house to check on them, no response, so ultimately calling the police. Police told us a neighbor said they left on vacation. How could that be? Finally emailed them, Gary responded, yes they left, but we could do it all electronically. That was unusual. Last year was uneventful. But this year was just horrible. I made the mistake of referring my daughter to them. To make a long story short, it is April 15th, 10:30 p.m. We are on our way to their house to pick up tax docs bcuz they won't answer phone calls, emails, text messages and we don't know if our daughter's taxes will be filed. Now she's going to have to file an extension, pay penalties and find someone else to prepare her taxes. I'm sad to have to write this review, but I wouldn't want anyone to go through what we've just gone through. And it's doubly sad bcuz they are nice people. Maybe it's time to retire.

Love love love P & L taxes! I’ve been going to them for 7 years and I have no complaints. I love even just hanging out to talk to them.

This is my third year returning to P and L tax services. These people are awesome. They work out of their home and are so easy to work with. They are so reasonable that I have paid for my daughter to get hers done as well. I simply send them my tax info as I get it and when they are done I go and sign and get my e-file copies right then and there. My refunds have come very quickly. As long as they are in service I will continue to use them. I have learned many things from them.
