The place is ok for your auto needs. I've been through 5 alternators in 3 years. It's got nothing to do with lack of knowledge on my part but horrible quality of product. Had it not been for the limited lifetime warranty I would rate lower. Please do your own research on your vehicle. Whether you find an employee with some knowledge is hit or miss. They are friendly, but they just don't know much. They just sell you the parts that their computer says you need. Not to their own fault. Just make sure you know what you're doing.

One of the Managers, James, is totally great! He helped me select the best product for my car repair needs and even helped me with applying it! He is very kind, professional, and approachable. I'll definitely be back the next time I need something.

Great store with a great inventory and an even greater staff. I can't recall the name of the man who helped me out but he was a young man who was able to replace my car battery with no problem. He was very quick to get me checked out and swap out the battery. I was expecting this whole endeavor to take about an hour but it ended up only being about 10 mins total. The entire staff was friendly and helped out the other customers in the store as well as myself. Overall this was the best experience I've had at a parts store!

I pulled over at this OReillys tonight on my way home from work after struggling to see the road clearly (tired eyes, pollen & dust + bright headlights was not a good combo). Dillon and Brenden both went above and beyond to help me find a decent glass cleaner to help reduce my visual struggle ?. They both deserve a raise !

Super awesome to have this place so close by and was so happy they could test my battery which started acting up and wasn't sure if that was the problem or not. Brenden came out to my car and tested the battery and the test was inconclusive, since it was low, so he offered to charge it and test again to know for sure for free! It turned out to be a bad battery. I really appreciate his friendliness and help with and pricing out and choosing a replacement and just providing excellent customer service which nowadays is not as common as it should be! Thank you!!
