The store manager was so patient and helpful. He did not put any sales pressure on me, but was so helpful and accommodating. I must have tried on a dozen pairs, including the same model but in different colors etc.

I happen to currently be in the Sac area for 2 weeks for work. 6 months ago after living in Elk Grove for 22 years I am now an citizen of Texas. Regardless, I have only worn Oakley prescription glasses and custom sunglasses for almost 30 years. After recently having the optics upgraded to Zeiss lenses on my oldest Oakley frames (which are both amazing), one of the nose pads broke off. So...I called this Oakley store at Arden Fair and asked if they could repair my frames. Absolutely was the response, so I headed to Arden Fair Mall. The experience was beyond stellar! Not only was the broken nose bumper replaced with new...so was the other side! The big positive...NO CHARGE! These days this is very rare along with the total dedication to customer service! I can't speak highly enough about how I was treated and the end result. This particular Oakley store is 1st Class all the way! Kudos!

Jackson was the best sales associate I’ve ever encountered. He was informative and eager to help. He was well rounded and offered expert advise while I was choosing my Oakley sunglasses for myself and my boyfriend. He went above and beyond and was literally amazing. He made my instore experience memorable. Kudos to Jackson!! Please give a shout-out to him because he deserves it. Thank you again Jackson! You are an exceptional face for Oakley.
