As a person always on the go, I’m constantly forgetting quick little snacks to refuel my body. Nutrishop provides a wonderful selection of not only quick grab and go protein bars, but supplements of all kinds. Anytime I need recommendations for the best supplements regarding my fitness goals, the Nutrishop employees provide me with detailed knowledge of their product and how it will benefit me. I’ve purchased pre-workout, protein, grab and go snacks, etc. and have yet to be disappointed with any recommendation or product. The staff has even helped me create a meal plan centered around my fitness goals. I started seeing results just two weeks later. Thank you to the staff for being so awesome! Highly recommended :)

I love the Nutrishop in downtown Sac! The staff are all very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They have a good assortment of samples of the supplements they offer, which is super helpful to be able to try a product before purchasing. Also, they sell the Barebell protein bars, my favorite! The only other store I find them at is TJ’s. Thank you downtown Nutrishop!!

About a year and a half ago I went to these folks looking for what was my idea of a meal replacement shake. Before informing me on protein shakes or trying to sell me supplements they made sure I was eating correctly and put me up on a meal plan(free) to hit my calorie goals for the day. No idea this would change my health and my life for the better. Everyone here has extensive knowledge and a background in nutrition. Always a great experience when I visit downtown Nutrishop! The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, making you feel comfortable to ask all the questions you need. If you’re in the area you definitely need to stop by. Ask for Jordan, she’s awesome and will guide you to the best products suited for your needs! You will be in great hands!
