We cannot say enough good things about NCA Grills, from the administrative staff, to the skilled technicians, to the sales and design team, and all the way up to the owner, Gary himself! Based on prior reviews, we expected an outstanding outdoor kitchen from NCA Grills, but were frankly blown away by the incredible customer service and support we received. And we absolutely LOVE our new outdoor kitchen!Our experience began at the recent Sacramento Home Show, where we happened upon their pavilion. We had the good fortune of meeting Rose there, where she carefully listened to what we were interested in doing, and created a very nice schematic plan on the spot! Rose listened carefully to come up with something that fit exactly what we needed in the tight space we had available. From there, things continued to get better and better.Due to some special circumstances with difficult access to our yard, Gary made a special trip to our home and personally measured everything. In order to get the unit into our yard, he agreed to bring it in two separate pieces (base unit and countertop) and then completely assemble the unit and install the stacked stone in our backyard. This required two separate days of installation. Gary never said the word "NO" to anything we asked. He made changes we requested along the way, without any hesitation. And kindly did not charge us extra, as would normally be the case.We found pricing to be much better than we expected, and never felt nickeled and dimed in any way. We set a date for installation and Gary kept his word. The unit was delivered and installed by a team of professionals, including Gary himself, who came out to supervise the difficult access issue, and helped move the large kitchen himself, along with three of his team members.During the two days of installation, Gary came by numerous times to check on how things are going and responded immediately to any questions we had. When it was all finished, he came by one last time, and personally gave it a nice cleaning, including polishing the stainless steel! This is the owner of the company and shows how much he cares about his customers and places their satisfaction at the highest level of importance.Then Gary shocked us with a gift of a new Blaze Grill Cover, which we will install later today. The end result is beautiful and adds greatly to the look and appeal of our yard. We can't wait to use the new kitchen.NCA Grills is a family-owned business, well established in the Sacramento Area, and is a pleasure to work with, well beyond our expectations. Our backyard is an oasis now. Rose worked with us in designing the perfect backyard kitchen. The process was pretty straightforward for the exception of a minor misunderstanding which James and Rose were able to resolve and make everything perfect. I highly recommend them as their customer service is great and the out come is even better,

We met Rose at a Auburn home show. She was extremely knowledgeable about their products and very helpful. We made the sale right there. However, that was just the beginning of our experience with Northern California Grills.Rose came out to our home and assessed the area where we planned on putting our outdoor kitchen. She measured and re-measured to assure the right fit. She also made several suggestions on how to configure our outdoor kitchen. She even laid out the outline on our patio so we would know exactly what the footprint would be.The kitchen was made and delivered on time. We opted for stack rock on the outside of our island. They actually installed the stack rock on site, which made it really look built in, as it followed all the nooks and crannies on the walls! They were here all day installing and leveling the island.At the end of the installation, the owner showed up to review all the work. He then proceeded to polish the island.It's not very often that my expectations are met now a days, but Northern California Grills exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Northern California Grills. They are true professionals!

We went to the home and garden show at CAL expo we met Chad and Rose scheduled an appointment. Rose was right on time came out, mocked up the lay out, took, measurements for our outdoor kitchen and gave us the price. We called and confirmed tile and paint and we were given a date for completion. The product was delivered exactly how we wanted it on the exact due date it was promised this is a great company to have dealt with. The installers came out and set our kitchen counters in place. They leveled everything and they asked before they left. If everything was set up to our specifications, they were great. This has been a great company to deal with for setting up my husband's new outdoor kitchen. Thank you.

We are very pleased with our experience with Northern California Grills. The whole process went extremely well. Rose helped us to design our island with really good suggestions and information that helped in the process. We started the process a year ago at the home show in Sacramento. We wanted to wait until the start of this year so that we could save and not need to finance. They honored the pricing and the extra time helped us be a lot more selective in our design. All of our concerns were addressed and the communication was great. We had the installation done in the last month and everything went smoothly. We had one minor issue that was taken care of with no problems. The island looks great! It is extremely well built. They were able to make a few fine adjustments to make the island fit just right in our backyard. We cook all of our dinners outside once we are in daylight savings time. We wanted to have a really nice setup that would accommodate our extensive use. We highly recommend Northern California Grills.

Best company ever! Thank you for the wonderful outdoor kitchen. We're going to love it for years. The customer service was unmatched, extremely responsive and helpful. From design to completion, they went out of their way to make sure that the kitchen was exactly how we wanted.

This company awesome. I've ordered an outdoor kitchen and a fireplace from them and both experiences were phenomenal. They arrived on time on the days they were scheduled to and did a great job. There was a slight issue with the fireplace but they came right out and fixed it. Special shoutout to Rose (my salesperson) and Artur's crew for moving everything/getting the small detail fixed on the fireplace.

Excellent experience the whole way through. Rose was phenomenal with her customer service and information. She went above and beyond and was so sincere. James and Gary in the office were always quick to respond and helpful. Our outdoor grill is amazing and we are looking forward to many memories with friends. You will have to coordinate any gas/electric/water hook ups on your own but they are upfront about it so you can quickly plan accordingly. Definitely appreciate that! No unpleasant surprises. I highly recommended NCG!

Another issue, not a big issue because I didn't expect anything less. I called up the company asked them to move my kitchen about 1.5 feet. They finally called back and said it would be 600 dollars.. Outrages !! Told them Thanks but no Thanks !! Rating remains the same !!I almost gave them 2 stars for telling us how to do it.., But NO !!

I found this company while attending a home show in Santa Rosa. Rose , their design consultant greeted me warmly, was never pushy or "salesy" and answered all of my questions. A few days later she came to home and measured our backyard to assure the bbq island I wanted to design would fit within the small footprint space we had. She was very helpful giving us design options. Although we had to wait a few months for delivery we are very very happy with the end result. Ask for Rose she knows her stuff !

I am very Happy with Northern California Grills. From the Day 1 till the date of completion they were all immaculate.Met Hemo in the beginning and she helped me like a charm and was very patient with me. She understood my requirements and got it designed perfectly. Got the BBQ island delivered and built on time with awesome workmanship. The owners were on top of every detail and made me felt very relaxed and worry free. They even referred me to an electrician and plumber to do all electrical and plumbing work. Believe me, you must get him to ensure it is all perfect.Last but not the least, their pricing is very reasonable and I must say that if you are not using NCG then you are missing out a lotThank you Hemo, Arther and Gary for all your help. You guys are the best
