One or their technicians Rafael G. is currently one of our neighbors and he brings his company truck to the apartment complex. he lets his unlicensed wife drive the trucks and (I'm currently pregnant ) has tried to hit me with the truck from this company while I was trying to park into my spot. He mean mugs me every time he sees me walk out by myself and it's sad because the times he's done it he was wearing this companies uniform. In my opinion is very unprofessional and unsafe to let people like this drive company trucks and wear company uniforms to represent them outside their work schedule. I hope management does its research and corrects this because this is not a good face to te public.

north state tire in chico ca. is the worst tire company .they hire burned out drug addict too run this place there thiefs liers they i have a shop across the street for them.they owe my shop money for repairs for two years now .this guy robin his name is he is a work of art he drives the company truck around all night all day playing the rap s*** so loud he has blacked out all the windows on that truck .he has got all the people there on this meth and smoke pot the owner of the shop his name is bob well his brother and his girlfrien run the office there all ways drunk and they drive home like that from hear i told chico police many times about this s*** they tell me too mind my own bunessness and never do nothen.i had a run in today with them again i call the sac store they wont do nothen either.so i have about 25 vidows and pictures of this robin guy doing all this s*** so i am giving BBB acopy of all those and i try too get a news channel too come hear and do a report on them.

These guys are awesome. Answered phone, good prices, professional and social. Heavy duty vulcanized tire patch that NO corporate company would even look at. This Is unheard of in California. Tom was incredible and communicated well. I will go back. Great job guys.

Literally, highway robbery. I had them do a mobile repair on one of my trucks for an employee that got a blowout on the freeway. My other 3 vendors I use often were not available until the evening so I gave north state tire a call and they were available to service us. What a mistake that was. They charged over double the price I have ever paid for the same service. I would understand if it was a little more but at least be somewhere in the ballpark of your competitors not over double the cost. I have never felt more taken advantage of by a service. Strongly recommend getting a quote beforehand so you can look elsewhere or I'm not sure if they just take advantage of people that need roadside service.
