Took our car there for services under our warranty, our service manager called on a Wednesday and left my husband a VM stating the car should be ready the following day (Thursday)& if we would like the additional service our car needed that was not covered under warranty. I called back leaving a voicemail, stating that we would not be available to pick up the car until Friday and we are only interested in the services covered under warranty at this time. Went in on Friday, my rep was not there, however I was helped by another associate and was told they were still working on my car and they were getting ready to perform a service that was NOT covered under warranty. I told her they needed to stop or reverse the service because it was NEVER authorized. She told me that my car would be ready the following day (Saturday) and she would have sales hand me my keys and take back the loaner car. Get there on Saturday and it was a smooth transaction. On Tuesday, our service rep calls stating they could not get a hold of my husband or find the loaner car. I told him I did the exchange with sales, he said “oh okay I will check with sales, because uhh they were gonna call the car in stolen”. I went off on him, because why would you ever call the car in stolen when you haven’t checked with sales, checked with the associate that helped me on Friday, checked you TRACKING DEVICES. You were going to call the car in stolen because my WORKING husband couldn’t answer his phone?!!? This man then stated multiple times he didn’t understand what the problem was… the problem is 1. You all were going to perform a service that was clearly not authorized and 2. Calling the car in stolen should have never been mentioned, because it was not stolen, and you never did anything besides walk the lot. To answer your question we are ✨black✨.

I am not sure what’s going on and it never happened to me any other dealership. I loved the Volvo XC60 and was looking to buy it, however each time I tried contacting them the sales rep spoke and promised to get back and never got back. I mean it’s one thing to ignore after sales but the team here is already making me doubt my decision to doubt the brand and purchase.
I called and paid provided this feedback and was promised I will be informed soon. Guess what, no call and no communication. Guess it’s too good to buy here. I wish there was a zero star option.

I walked fully prepared to buy a car with my husband had my down payment and the sale person was helping out another family, I understand he was busy so I walked to the office the same sales person saw me walked by me twice not welcoming not I’ll help you in a bit or anything in that sort. They came off very rude and I don’t know if this a good place to buy a car based on the treatment. Too bad I did not catch the salesmen name so I could have call him out.

Busy intersection but the sales people make up for it with their friendliness and sharp listening skills. Nice waiting room for service customers. Niello is a great brand of dealerships in the Sacramento area. Check out their Yelp ratings... Far better than the local Mercedes and other premium car dealers.

We bought a car here and had to return it because turned out that “Certified by Volvo” means nothing. It was AWD plug-in hybrid, 3 years old and we left the dealership to discover that Pure (electric) and All wheel drive modes weren’t available “due to limitations”. Online Volvo support recommended taking the car to service, and official Volvo service did an inspection and didn’t know what was wrong, said “probably the inverter” and this would take weeks to get the part, repair, test and see if it works. The same Volvo service center said it’s not safe to drive that car. Not something you’d expect from a $45K car, not something you’d expect from Volvo. Worst part? The salesman selling us the vehicle saw that the electric mode wasn’t available and couldn’t care less. We chose to return the car during the 7 days return window we had. We got the money back but no one will reimburse for the time spent. We spent two full days driving to Sacramento and back and doing the paperwork (we are from SF Bay), two days of taking the car to service and back, not to mention things like insurance and parking payments. The manager said it was a “minor issue” and stopped being salesy-nice after realizing we were serious about returning the car. All wheel drive plug-in hybrid costs 10-15K more than a regular XC90, we paid 45K but these two modes weren’t available - does that sound like a minor issue? We came as a family with two little kids (because we had to drive two cars back home) and Niello Volvo let us drive a car that wasn’t safe to drive (according to the Volvo service center in Dublin) claiming it’s certified by Volvo with no issues. That’s not a minor issue. That’s something you can be sued for. We still liked the XC90 though and I hope we’ll find a more responsible seller to buy it from.

Taylor and Bailey were amazing, efficient, and responsive to help us get into a new Volvo XC90 lease. From the time I initially contacted them to deal closing with them home delivering our new car and taking away our old one was less than 24 hours. They gave us hands down the best deal in the region and we will definitely work with them again!

The General Sales Manager is the most disrespectful man I’ve yet to meet. I will be driving to the Bay Area to get my Volvo. After sharing my experience with others in the community I have found that the GM has a reputation for treating women without any respect. Worse experience ever.

I have gotten the run around about the service on my XC40 as to who is responsible for repairs when I bought the car with a CHECK ENGINE light on, and that is disappointing. I would have given just one star for management and sales, however, the service manager, Edgar, is outstanding and has gone above and beyond anything I expected and I give him 5 stars easily! So, while I won't purchase another car here, I definitely recommend having one serviced here and ask for Edgar!

Such a great experience with Bailey in sales. He took his time with me and got me exactly what I wanted. Would definitely stay with Volvo.
